We wanted them to clean the house as we moved and they never answered their phone. They were supposed to come at 0830. Really disappointed we have waited 3 hours with our 1 year old baby in a empty house. Two woman finally showed at 11h30 AM, they were very nice. We understand that it was the owner who was really unprofessional by screening our call. We paid 100$ for the cleaning and we received an other invoice to pay 150$ more. And again the owner didn't answer to his phone as we wanted to know how he would like to be paid.

Do not hire Molly Maid unless your place is already clean. I scheduled Molly Maid for a move out clean earlier this week. When the cleaners arrived they were stunned by the amount of work to do. In fact, their boss/dispatcher gave me a call to scold me about how dirty everything was. Funny, for some reason I thought a cleaning company was supposed to clean things. Considering we had been living at the address for nearly 12 years there was a fair bit of grime. As well as packing scraps, crumbs and a few things we'd left behind on the move out... Kind of thought this would be the expected state of things hiring cleaners for move out clean. When the cleaner were "done" they informed me that they ran out of time to clean one small wall. Not a huge deal. After a quick walk-through, I gave them the "OK." Do you know what I found when I took a closer look? Many of the walls they had supposedly cleaned were not touched at all. And some of the walls required a second cleaning. My wife and I spent another 2 hours going over all of their work. So do yourself a favour and hire somebody else! The only reason they I getting 2 stars is because the kitchen cabinets, fridge and bathroom were actually legitimately very clean.

I have read the reviews and can honestly say, I've never had a negative experience with this branch. I have been on a monthly schedule for the last several years and have been extremely happy. They call in advance to say they will be out in a couple of days between a certain time in which they've always met. Not saying perfect, as I did have a few very minor issues but I discussed with Sharlene, and everything was looked after promptly. In today's service world, we have to discuss issues if things are not up to par. All in all, I would definitely recommend them as my dealings have been a great experience.

We requested a move in/out service clean in order to get our house ready to put on the market. Unfortunately, I came home to a house that looked much the same as I left it. There were still dishes (4!) in the sink, crumbs on the carpet, dust on and around the tv, and cup rings on the coffee table. The bathroom was done somewhat decently (despite streaks on the mirrors) and the bedrooms were vacuumed. The office staff were somewhat helpful and offered us a 50% discount on the bill, which I regret agreeing to. I ended up cleaning the house myself after I got home from work.
