My husband and I just bought our first home, and unfortunately the carpets in the basement were in rough shape - stained, smelly and dingy. The previous owners had 2 dogs and young children, and they mentioned they had deep cleaned it before they left, so we didn't have much hope. COPA completely transformed our basement and brought it back to life. The whole house smells cleaner and all the stains are gone. We will absolutely be using COPA again to keep our carpet looking fresh.

Thank you so much! I arrived home to find the kitchen pipes had backed up and flooded my kitchen with water and yuck! In about an hour it was all clean, disinfected , and beautifully done! Thank you so much again, it would have taken me days to clean the mess! ????????????????????????

Got our carpets cleaned by COPA last week. Was a really good service. They came on time and after the work, bill was sent to me instantly via email. It even had an option of paying online which was so hassle free. As I had some errands to run, I trusted my apartment with them and told them to carry-on with the cleaning and close the doors when they leave. When I came back, everything was cleaned perfectly and they had even kept a bottle of sample perfume they found from the floor, on a shelf. Would definitely recommend their service !

Communication was swift and clear. Alex and Paula are both the owners and the service providers. They clearly explained what they were going to be doing in with the carpets and addressed any concerns that I had. They even managed to get a rust stain out of my carpet that had been there forever.
