I called Poseidon for a new pool heater and salt system install. I reached out to many companies before them. I was quickly routed to their West Island office (Formerly LCS) and was taken care of by Jesens, the office manager. He provided an incredible service. Beyond the service, he gave us so many useful tips and gave us real good guidance. I always felt like I was in good hands. The day of the installation, two service technicians, HVAC specialists, Lord and Jacques, did a fantastic job. They explained everything so well, even helped take out the fence to fit the heater and put our old heater out in front for us. We had questions a few days later, Jesens personally showed up at our house to help within 30 mins. Can’t say enough good things about this company and it’s staff. Quality, well priced and most importantly: Service. Unlike other pool companies who were “too busy” to answer our calls, texts or emails, Poseidon was always there for us throughout the process. Friendly service but the quote for a custom safety pool cover came in at $6000.....criminal. Getting it done with another company for almost half that. Gave them a chance to correct the price but they refused. Pool deck is concrete and the pool is not large, just an average free form residential size pool.

Horrible experience with Poseidon. They took 5 weeks to open my pool correctly in the spring, sending different workers every time that stay 5 min at random and then tell us that the previous ones did not do their job correctly so they cannot do anything. For winterization, they came 2 weeks early with no warning, my pool was stagnant for a long time while it was still hot outside. They also charged me for random extra components they never asked me I wanted. The worst about this company is the customer service. They make sure it's impossible for you to talk to the right person if you have a problem, you waste an enormous amount of time getting redirected and arguing with people who end up saying that it's not their department. I will never go with them again.

Le plus cher estimation dans ma vie etait 80dollars avec un Electricien et tout le monde m’a dit que c’est trop, mais 224? Dans le rapport de service que je viens de recevoir, Y a marqué comme si le technicien travaillait pendant 1heure, mais J’ai le camera d’enregistrement partout, il etait la, 5minutes. Horrible experience, I paid close to a 1000$ for supreme opening, when they left, the swimming pool floor was still full of dirt, the filter was leaking, the drain was not functioning, they tried to sell me a new pump for 1300$ + 350 $ installation, arguing mine was defective, I brought someone else whos is charging halve the price, and told me my pump is working fine. Kept harassing me for non paid bill while the issue is their invoice system. Kept calling to fix the issue, they ignored me. No way the 4 stars is true Avoid at all cost, there are honest people who can do real work for half the price.

I had to purchase a part for my pool heater. After going through the website and finding the part, I needed it shipped. Only options for shipper unfortunately is a courier. Because of this, needing limited quantities of small fairly inexpensive parts can substantially increase the customers cost, (doubled mine). I contacted the store by phone to discuss if there were other options and though there were not for me, they were extremely helpful and understanding. In the end I drove to their West Island location in Kirkland and picked up my part. Again, everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. Only reason for the 4 stars is the limited shipping options. Filled out a survey and suggested adding an option for Canada Post shipping, (especially for those clients out of the province of Quebec).

It was something that I could've done but didn't have access to the part and at the end of the day, it was worth having someone come in who knew their stuff.
