The cleaners that came to my place, Bruno & Marco, did an excellent job and were more reliable and respectful than other window cleaners that I had the misfortune of dealing with. Vous savez si vous faites un bon travail vos clients vont revenir année après année, vous en aurez tellement que vous aurai peine à fournir à la demande. Le caa exploite les entreprises comme la votre en vous faisant payer plus de 1000$ par ans pour l'usage de leur logo. Le grand publique n'est pas au courant de ce subterfuge éhonté. Si vous êtes une bonne entreprise faites en la démonstration par votre bon travail et cessez d'avoir recours à ce système d'arnaque du publique. L'assurance auto caa pour le dépannage est une bonne chose. Le Caa pour le lavage de vitres c'est un usage excessif de branding une arnaque pure et simple et les entreprise qui affichent leur logo son à mon avis complice de ce système.

Terrible customer experience. They may be inexpensive but the service sucks. If you're not happy, they will argue with you that your windows are not dirty or that you only purchased the "basic service" (when no mention of basic vs advanced service was ever made) When finally they returned to clean a few windows after we had to argue vigorously that the windows were still dirty , the technician gets into an argument with a 70 year old couple and actually says he felt threatened and left without doing anything. The receptionist and the service manager will treat you like an idiot maintaining that the windows are dirty from the inside. Just a terrible experience from A to Z. Look elsewhere !
