They use filtered water rather than a squeegee allowing them to dry spot free. First time trying this and you don't need to worry about squeegee marks - I'd recommend you try it. J'ai envoyé un courriel pour mentionner la situation. J'ai reçu un courriel hier qui me demandait de laisser mon avis sur facebook à propos du service reçu, ce que j'ai donc fait à leur propre demande! J'ai reçu un appel du propriétaire de l'entreprise aujourd'hui. Ce dernier est très imbu de lui-même et il a eu une attitude irrespectueuse dès le début de l'appel qui s'est vite transformé en arrogance...parce que je refuse de supprimer mon commentaire et que je refuse un deuxième passage, détail que j'avais déjà spécifié par courriel. J'ai déjà refait le lavage de la plupart des vitres moi-même. Supposément qu'ils ont effectué 5000 lavages de vitres et il m'a mentionné qu'il avait seulement de bons commentaires. Pas surprenant s'il demande aux clients de les supprimer pour bien paraître! Après autant de lavages, je ne devrais pas avoir à leur expliquer comment laver des vitres. De plus, l'entreprise a laissé de fausses informations en réponse à mon commentaire sur Facebook. Je n'ai jamais contesté la facture et jamais mentionné de refus de payer, mais lavagedevitresjm.ca laisse sous-entendre le contraire. Aussi, je n'ai mentionné aucune injure et je n'avais d'autre choix que de parler par-dessus la personne qui m'a appelée, vu le fait qu'il ne me laissait pas parler vu son arrogance, son petit rire sarcastique. Il me fera donc plaisir de payer la facture, l'entreprise pourra ainsi investir en formation en service à la clientèle. Ne pas se faire dire ce qu'on souhaite entendre semble être synonyme d'"envoyer promener" pour eux. Bref, un très mauvais service d'une entreprise douteuse!
