We have used Best Quality House & Office Cleaning service for several years for general interior businesscleaning. They come every two weeks and stay for a couple of hours. They are completely trustworthy, we are totally comfortable having them in our business even when we are not there. They bring their own equipment and always do a fine job, the work floor looks really nice when they are done. They are reliable, they always come when they are scheduled, and if for some reason we have to reschedule (e.g if we have been away for a few weeks so the store doesn't need cleaning) they are easy to reach and perfectly willing to reschedule. it is easy to communicate with them. The price is fair. We are very happy with their service; no complaints at all.

I’ve tried this cleaning service once and have never looked back ever since! I come from Mississauga and I have a dedicated cleaning service there and I was really struggling to find a solid reliable cleaning service here in London. I’ve had terrible experiences with Molly Maid, kijiji etc and decided to give Vortex a try. They entered my house which was completely a mess and uninhabitable. I literally had to drive and live in my house in Toronto for a week because it was so messy. They came in and deep cleaned the entire house spotless; EVEN getting into the little nooks and crannies of EVERY PART OF THE HOUSE!!! Now I don’t know about you guys, but I can’t be productive or do anything in my life unless my house is OCD clean. If you want NO headache and a SPOTLESS and beautiful place to be productive and invite guests over then look no where else trust me on this one.

We had Vortex clean a white couch and two chairs that were VERY dirty, as they had not been cleaned in many years. Also, the arms and top edges are rolled, like old-fashioned club chairs, so they are quite a challenge. Vortez did an excellent job.

As they are growing, there's a lack of response, cleaning quality dropped, and scheduling mistakes. For my rental property, it caused a lot of inconvenience.
