This business is a scam. I paid them for two hours to do a deep clean and all that was cleaned were my window sills and the inside of my oven. Awful service. Steer clear.

I had high hopes for this service and was greatly disappointed. I hired The Green Cleaners because I thought I could count on them to prepare my new apartment for move-in, as I have a lot of allergies and wanted the place cleaned well with natural products. Unfortunately, the did a poor job. Cupboards weren’t wiped out, the bathtub was not clean, I found other areas of dust in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was covered in dirt. They also refused to give me any type of refund, only offering a 5% discount off another booking. I will NOT be paying for their services ever again and do not recommend anyone else to.

I can't say enough good things about The Green Cleaner. I had a unit I needed cleaned for tenants after a big renovation and their quality of work and attention to detail is nothing short of superior. Without question, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thanks for taking care of me and helping me out on such short notice. Will be using your services again, would give you 10 stars if I could!!!!

So impressed with their service that I called them the second time. Had given my rental property for a clean on short notice of call. Were there at the promised time, literally turned the property as if it was for sale , Really impressed. Harry was calm and never rushed to complete the task and I never had to go behind to check . Simran had an eye for detail. They got their own cleaning supplies but if you wish something from your end they never denied it. They went far beyond the expectations. Would recommend to give a try and you will not be disappointed!! I wish I could give 5+ stars. Keep up the good work Harry & Team!!!
