So disappointed this morning. I was driving behind 2 of your cars this morning ones a smart car with way to many passengers and then a sedan that has complete rust holes. Their vehicles are not what I'm upset about I am upset that these 2 different sparkles vehicle felt their need to race the ambulance and cut me of numerous times between me and my daughter in the ambulance upfront of them. refusing to pull to the right like highway traffic laws require you to do the smart car then decided it would pullover blocking the entrance to the hospital plain disappointed

Gross. I constantly see these drivers around town or parked outside of clients homes smoking. I don't know how a company that advertises cleanliness promotes such a dirty practice.

On serval occasions I have called “SPARKLES” Cleaning Services to come and clean my house. I have OCD and like to clean my own home but there are times that I either haven’t had time or just want to come home and it to be clean! Every time they have come, I’m pleased by the job they do!! I am impressed with how efficient and thorough they are and how they love my dogs (they have even taken them outside for me). I will book with Sparkles at least four times a year and always look forward to coming home to an exceptional clean home. Thank you Sparkles!

Couldn't be any happier with my experience with Sparkles. The office managers are super friendly and accommodated my schedule to have cleaning done every 2 weeks with the same ladies every time. When my teams comes out, they were very professional and polite and left my home literally sparking! They bring all of their own cleaning supplies so we do not have to provide anything. Would be happy to recommend this company to my friends and family.

Sparkles was a very difficult company to work with. Upon arriving 2 hours early without notice, we came home to $2000 worth of stuff missing. After trying to handle the issue civilly, management was slow to respond, and was unwilling to resolve the issue. There were personal items gone, toiletries, hair/skin products and decor taken. Furthermore, the cleaning job was sub-par. Baseboards were left untouched, fridges uncleaned and shelves un-wiped. I do NOT recommend working with them.

Employees forget they are in people’s homes and make comments about the home aloud enough for customers to hear. Very disrespectful.

the managers are not nice people. they pick and choose who they like and who they do things for. they are very judgmental. they rip you off for tips and pay cheques. they lie to you, they use you to their full advantage. they are money hungry rude ignorant people. they hire anyone, most of the people they have hired are druggies and thief's. all the employees that have been hired in the last year have been fired or quit. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!!!!! they have good cleaners but the company is not worth working for!!!

Beware of this cleaning company. I agree with other reviewers that their cleaners are rude and pay no attention to details. The owner Tammy clearly has no idea of running a business and based on the reviews and the poor ratings this is indicative of such incompetency. They will quote you a price and time and then don't deliver on what they say they will. Their "guarantee" means nothing if ultimately you expect things to be done right the first time and who has the time for them to come back if they don't do it right? Their consumer choice award is bs, anyone can be nominated and get this badge (if you likely pay for it). They clearly don't sparkle if anything they are as dull as their workers and the owner represents themselves. Instead of recognizing a customer's dissatisfaction with their service, they threaten to take you to collections which ultimately they are charged for by the third party in lieu of passing this fee off to potentially appease an unhappy client. Don't say you haven't been warned!

The worst cleaning service I have experienced in London, and not to mention one of the most expensive too. They didn't bother cleaning the floors or wiping surfaces. I think they actually left my house messier than it was to begin with. I'm extremely diasappointed and will definitely not be using this company or recommending it.

The staff was polite and hard working. I was very happy with the cleaning and found their prices to be fair. I would definitely recommend this company if you need regular or once in awhile cleaning.
