The prices seem great until they last minute cancel on you. We booked for a last minute house cleaning prior to listing our house(booked the appointment just over 3 weeks ago). We tried to book for the morning of the 10th(tomorrow) however that did not work so we settled on the 9th(today). I emailed them lastnight(the 8th) to say I where I was going to leave my key for tomorrow(today, the 9th) and they said that was fine - nothing said about the fact that the appointment apparently had been scheduled for the 13th and not the 9th. I emailed them and tried to call them several times however the phone was constantly busy. They sent me an email at 9:40AM asking if I was sure it was today and not Monday. I mentioned to a coworker my frustrations and she laughed at me saying they last minute canceled to clean her house the day before her open house as well and she also had to panic and struggle through finding a new last minute cleaner. I have had this appointment booked for about 3 weeks now with them. As soon as I heard what my coworker had to say about them I called and canceled as we do not have time to be jerked around over the next few days. I understand people make mistakes however after hearing my coworker and several others went through this I figured it was not worth our time or money. When I called Molly Maid they said they often have people calling in a panic over last minute cancellations from Ramonas - thankfully they were able to come to the rescue with a last minute appointment for us.

This is the best company to choose in the case of cleaning. I am really happy about the good service I got from them. The quality is amazing. They do a great job in cleaning, the prices are fair, and they were professional and nice to me as a customer. I am thankful for their help. They care about their customers and work hard.

I have been using Ramona's for ~3 years now to clean mine and my elderly mother's home. Never had a problem with them, their staff, or services. I've tried other cleaning companies and kijiji (worst decision of my life) in the past and I can't recommend Ramonas enough. OMG AND THEIR BATHROOMS!! I could honestly eat off the floor because they're so clean!!! Their cleaners are also always courteous and follow whatever list I leave them to a T. Paul and Olivia are also a treat to speak to! Today I had the great pleasure of having my place cleaned by Ramona’s Cleaning Service, and I have nothing but great things to say! The team that she brought was kind, courteous and professional. In just a little over an hour her teams transformed both my bathroom, and my kitchen, into works of wonders. My kitchen now looks fit for a professional chef and the bathroom is now a dignified masterpiece which will be admired by everyone! The people at Ramona's Cleaning services take great pride into doing the job right the first time, and for such an affordable. price they did such an outstanding job! Ramona's Cleaning Services is amazing. They cleaned my house professionally and made it look perfect after. It was at a fair price also. I am so happy about that. The people that cleaned my house were very polite and professional towards me. I went through Ramona’s Cleaning Services just to get a deep clean of my apartment before my mom came in to town. Let me just say, the customer service is impeccable! I called the day before, and they managed to work it out despite a busy schedule! I was very happy with the job that they did, my house was spotless! And to top it all off, they were very quick! It only took about two hours, ( I have a small apartment!). I would definitely reccomend!!!

Couldn't be any happier with my experience with Roman’s. The office managers are super friendly and accommodated my schedule to have cleaning done every 2 weeks with the same ladies every time. When my teams comes out, they were very professional and polite and left my home literally sparking! They bring all of their own cleaning supplies so we do not have to provide anything. Would be happy to recommend this company to my friends and family.

This company was extremly disrespectful. I made and confirmed an appointment with them and they were a no show. I waited an hour after our appointment and tried to contact them through phone and email. I heard nothing. An hour and a half later I recieved a phone call. It was Melissa from Ramonas Cleaning stating that she had a meeting and forgot about our appointment. She then had the nerve to ask me if she could reschedule our appointment for 2 hours later. As if I was going to waste the rest of my day waiting to see if she would show up the second time. Do not recommend this company. Absolute waste of time!!

We are new clients of Ramona's and the service has exceeded our expectations. Tina and Yuka were wonderful --we cannot say enough about how thorough the cleaning was. We noticed that hard to reach corners and areas under furniture had been perfectly cleaned. They were also kind to our two pets. We hope that Tina and Yuka will be able to return for bi-weekly cleans. The coordination/administration has also been seamless. We had another cleaning service previously and the comparison is night and day. Even control freaks like me can breathe and relax. Big thank you!

This company is great at taking your money and thinking they “cleaned”. Most times it looks like nothing’s changed when you return. Highly discourage people who don’t want to waste money from calling this company. I should have stuck with Molly maid.

I've been using this service for over a year. Quality of work has progressively went down hill. I was supposed to get 2 ladies for an hour (I really need 1.5 hours) but they only stayed 45 minutes (I was paying for half an hour when they weren't here). I tried to work with management to fix this and make sure we were on the same page (I don't think i was asking too much). Management kept advising they would visit or call to chat but didn't... They just stopped coming. Very poor client service.
