Our realtor picked this service. The unit was supposed to get a 'deep clean'. The oven was dirty. They did not remove stickers from the bathroom wall. They did not clean behind appliances. We found junk on top of one of the kitchen cabinets. We could still find small pieces of paper and other junk stuck between the baseboards and floor. Make sure you are there to check that they've cleaned properly before they leave.

Had princess cleaning come to our house to clean for the first time. Very professional and punctual, notified us when they were able to come earlier than expected. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Will use them again in the future. They restored back all the cluttered items very neatly as well.

This is the best cleaning company I have ever had!!!! I am very picky when it comes to cleaners. I have used many companies over the years but I find most only spot clean. Muzenje and his cleaning team made sure every nook and cranny was thoroughly cleaned. I have 2 small children, 2 cats, 2 dogs and a husband that works construction. After they were done I could not find one speck of dust or dirt. If I could give them an above perfect rating I would!

The crew came on time, and was very covid-safe. They were polite, thorough and friendly! I’m in a house of students and we aren’t the most adept cleaners, but princess clean got us all sorted out! Highly recommend!

Moving into our new house, the previous tenants left the house a complete mess. From mold to clogged toilets and rooms full with garbage; I have never seen a house in such conditions (i’m not exaggerating, the previous tenants were 7 frat boys). after only 4 hours, they completely cleaned the whole place top to bottom and i’ve never felt so relieved to the finished product. Cannot thank them enough for the job they did!

Total disregard for any sort of decency. Yell throughout house. Leave front door open or unlocked. Let my indoor cat out during a cleaning. When I brought it up I didn’t even get an apology he acted like I was lying until I mentioned I had cameras that caught it. If it was up to me I’d hire a group of people who actually know what customer service is. The cleaning is decent. As I wrote this I spoke to the gentleman today, he actually managed to leave my side door open. Unlocked, and physically open. Do yourself a favour and pick a group of competent individuals.
