After a car accident when we needed help, Karen (the manager) was able to talk with us right away and arrange help! She went out of her way to ensure our needs were met, and makes us feel more like friends than clients.

I called Merry Maid to help with minor cleaning. My fridge door is sparkling (haven’t been able to get the outside of it without finger prints for almost a year now!) everything was sparkling. Jamie, our cleaner was an absolute sweet heart and very personable. Karen who answered my mundane phone calls trying to juggle a million things at once was very accommodating. The best was they were very accommodating for shift workers, so for all you early birds - this was great

The Merry Maid team agreed to take on the cleaning of our son’s student house. Cleaning up after five university students is no easy task but the lovely Merry Maid team has been hugely supportive. They have gone over and beyond what would be considered regular cleaning. We live overseas and Karen and her team would happily inform us of anything inside or outside of the house that needed attention or repair. I've never had the opportunity to have professionals come into my house to clean. I shopped around in London getting quotes and trying to get a feel for the level of expectation not only from the company but for my own personal interest. I think the thing that sold me on Merry Maids was that first point of contact. Karen was very thorough and even suggested shopping around. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. I thought that was really important and it really struck a chord . A few days later I called them back and penned the deal. Karen sent two of the most professional courteous and punctual employees. So impressive and they hadn't even started cleaning yet. After a small introduction I left my place and let them work their magic. After I returned later that afternoon, I couldn't believe what I was looking at! WOW!!! I never thought my place would ever look like this. I truly thought someone had installed a new bathtub it was so clean. The rugs looked shampooed. Just an amazing top to bottom job! So glad I went with this company. Thanks for making me a believer! Not a good service. Be prepared to be scammed !I payed them $300 in order to start their work, so after an hour or so I went for a coffe accross the street and they left the apartment!!, without cleaning properly and without giving back my change. I hope I could post pics to show how my apartment was left, and what to expect whrn you waste your money with this company. I called them back but they are not comming back to clean properly or giving back my change. Be prepared to be robed!

We have been with Merry Maids for over a month now and we are very pleased with the thorough cleaning job that is done on our place. Amanda is so caring and responsible that when she came to clean for an upcoming party, she suggested to Karen (the manager), that she would work a little longer to make sure that everything was perfect for the party, (without expecting more remuneration)! She is conscientious and wants to do a good job. It has been a pleasure dealing with Karen as well. She schedules the cleaning so that it is convenient for us and the communication is professional and excellent.

Karen and her team are amazing, and professional. I was the former director of Housekeeping for Hilton and had obtained their business on occasion, and currently a condo property manager and continues to use their services. There are a lot of cleaning companies out here in London, but I would humbly recommend that you consider Merry Maids! I've already got them booked for next April because I want it done right. What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Holly was amazing on the phone to get me started in what was a super easy process. Karen came out, reviewed options with me and was wonderful and professional answering all my questions. Allison and Angela came to do the cleaning and what a great pair! They were so friendly, polite and professional. An amazing job! My place was perfect! Way to go team! They asked even at the end if I saw anything missed ... not a thing!
