I have tried a few different cleaning services, but had a hard time finding a team I could trust and that did a great job. MAID CHEER was recommended by a friend, so I thought I would give them a go. I’m a working mom with 2 kids so it’s nice to have a bit of a break when it comes to the weekend. The cleaning staff arrived on time, and prepared. They asked specific questions in what products I preferred, and what areas I would like them to pay attention to. They paid attention to small details, and left my home clean and tidy. Washrooms were left spotless, and my floors were perfect. Kitchen was incredible, and all appliances were clean and spot-free. Communication was great- Mark was prompt, polite and answered any questions I had in a timely manner (almost immediately!) Its lovely ending your week to a clean and clutter-free home, and just be able to enjoy some time with family and friends. I would recommend MAID CHEER for all your house cleaning needs. I have never used a cleaning service before, and although I've always wanted to, the idea of a stranger in my home made me nervous. I wanted a fresh "spring" clean to celebrate winter ending, which included (sorry!) chores I don't enjoy doing, like cleaning baseboards. MAIDCheer arrived on time and were very nice! They were so friendly with our dog Sam, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. We talked about what I wanted to have done, and not only did they knock off the list, they cleaned so much more! I left to go to work, and after a long day, came home to a beautiful clean space. It was such a gratifying feeling! MAIDCheer went above and beyond my expectations - from the salt riddled boot tray, to baseboards to the bathtub, they did it all. Thank you so much!

Christine and Tammy did an absolutely amazing job with a deep clean in my very, very messy and cluttered studio. Did exactly as they were instructed and went above and beyond with certain things, and never once did I feel my privacy was invaded. They paid attention to small details and were excellent at communicating with me with questions or concerns. Above all else, they were both very sweet ladies - I was a little concerned with the mess of the unit but they were very reassuring and made me feel completely at ease. I appreciate that a lot. Overall - company is very well organized but still has a personal factor (Mike, who I assume is an owner of some sort, got in touch with me personally with questions and a confirmation). Staff are efficient, polite, and very professional. I have passed on recommendations in case anybody needs a cleaning service. Thanks, girls! Extremely disappointed with this service. Just to be clear - there are just two of us with one dog that sheds.I completed the registration based on the size of our house and that we had pet hair. For the first appointment, the cleaner showed up on time but from the very start complained about her wage and that she was told that there were no pets which was not the case as I selected that option on the requirements. The house was only adequately cleaned but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was their first time. On the second scheduled cleaning, I was notified within a couple hours of the arrival time that they would not be coming. I was suspicious that this may bean issue as it was the same cleaner from the previous clean and she basically stated when she left that in no offense to us, she was not coming back - our house is always kept tidy, all she needed to do was bathrooms, dust, vacuum and wash floors so I am not sure what her issue was other than a bad attitude. We have company scheduled for dinner and now have to clean the house before their arrival. I suggest you put your money elsewhere to a cleaning service that cares about their customers and their commitments.

Easy online quoting and scheduling. Was unable to attend the cleaning service in person but cleaners communicated professionally about their arrival and departure. House was a student rental, an epic task, and cleaners were able to tackle the whole 5 bedrooms house in a single day. Likely the only cleaning the house had in 12 months. The Maidcheer crew worked wonders.

Awesome experience. Everything from communication, booking, arrival, cleaning, and payment process was Superb. Many above and beyond perks such as doing my dishes, folding my laundry, and beautiful candles left for me. I arrived home from work to my property smelling great and the cleanliness wasn’t beyond my expectations. This is a great organization, with great owners and cleaners that you can trust! Mark and his team did a great job on a move-in cleaning for a student rental property that my daughter and her 5 housemates will be moving into later this month. Because we live out-of-town and could not be in London to coordinate, Mark was awesome in obtaining carpet cleaning services and arranging to pick-up and drop-off the key with the property management company. I contacted MAIDCheer to clean the home of a client that was out of town and needed the final touch ups before listing. Mark and Andrea sent a team out very quickly and they did a great job! They followed up with me right after the cleaning and encouraged me to check it (my clients were out of town). I did find one thing that was missed (we are all human!) and they promptly and cheerfully came back to complete the job! Satisfaction truly is guaranteed! On top of that...because the home cleaning took less time than was estimated because it was vacant and not too bad to begin with, they adjusted the quoted price to reflect the time spent. No one other than the team was there to note the time. Wonderful integrity AND cleaning!!
