I would NEVER recommend cleaning from this place. They walk in while you use the washroom and have no respect for peoples boundaries. I would give it less then a star if could. The fact that the London Jan pro has 4.5 rating is a joke

We had many issues with a few different franchisees and weren't happy at all My colleague and I were almost fired for choosing this route Too many issues and having to deal with We got a wonderful local company that you del with one person which us SO much easier It's a head Franchiser in London that makes money from the franchisees that but into the bus6( we looked it up after wanting to end contract) Not the most favourable reputationEven though you're paying them, if hours not ultimately happy, they take you to court because if a contract that you have to sign Do yourselves a favour and avoid Plus they are too ecownsic6 Nip it in the bud and support your local smaller companies The lady in the London office is crass as well so thinking very unprofessional Nip it in the bud

I was hired by Al Ratavicius (Master Franchise owner) to do custom product design work. He set the price point and quantity of units he wanted to order. I asked him for a 30% Deposit on the work, He agreed to pay the deposit after I sent him pictures of the work. Once I finished the designs and sent him the pictures, he came back and said that the price was too high and refused to pay the deposit that he agreed to pay. How can the price be too high when he set the budget himself? He actually told me "The more Franchises I sell the richer I get" and then defaults on his first Invoice. Apparently if you work with Jan-pro you can negotiate the cost of their services after their services have been rendered. I'm sure the majority of people who work for Jan-pro are honest hardworking people. But the Administration of southwestern Ontario have really shady business practices. If you're a designer don't waste your time with them.

Jan-pro offers a fantastic treatment called EnviroShield. A service to disinfect the areas we cannot reach or see! The service was fantastic, friendly and so very efficient.
