They've cleaned our gutters for a very reasonable price and when our eavestrophe broke off the side of our house from high winds, they came to fix it for us so quickly to make sure water didn't leak into our house. All cleaning was done after business hours. Communication was great with awesome before and after photos (yikes, those sidewalks really needed a clean!). See you next year for a building wash!

Hiring Bear to do some work around our home was a pleasant experience. Unlike most companies I called, Bear was the only company that had booking availability, price and duration of job ready for me by the end of my phone call with them. The good: This company saved me a fortune! I was quoted $12,000 to replace my backyard deck. Bear replaced damaged boards, nails, rails, cleaned the deck, and stained it for a quarter of the price.
