My neighbours hired this business to clean their gutters and windows. While they were working, I asked if they would use their long ladder to reach and hammer in a few eaves pins that were sticking out from the side of the eaves before they left. They asked for no compensation for the few minutes of work and hammered them. They also took a photo of our eaves from ladder-height so that we could see the damage that needed to be fixed.

Called these guys, based on reviews, thinking really they're "perfect" 5 stars, ok well maybe they're good, but something is up with these reviews. So then I get a call back, the owner I'm assuming says they will come out and take a look and call me ahead on one of two days to give me an estimate on my windows. And guess what, when things are too good to be true, they usually are. I get no call, no visit, no follow up. Guess when you're "perfect" who cares about pissing the odd potential customer off here and there. Or maybe they are just so busy that they don't need new business. At any rate, I usually don't post things like this, but want to at least put an "honest" review on here to balance all the 5 stars that obviously looks like some friends, family or perhaps the business itself has posted. I hate businesses who say one thing and do another, don't think "Accurate" is a good name considering they are way off on customer service and follow up. Now I've told 10 friends about this looking for window cleaners and recommended against this business so I'm sure we will see more "Accurate" reviews in the future.

We last had Accurate Window Cleaners clean our windows in the fall and can't wait to have them back shortly. They were fast, professional and the windows were absolutely spotless once they were done. One small problem, the windows were so clean we had series of animals try to go right through the windows. Birds dive bombing and one poor unfortunate squirrel who couldn't tell there was a pane of glass between him and my lunch. Thankfully the issue resolved itself after a few animals left smudge marks on the glass. 5 stars, best window cleaners in the city.
