I used Twin Star Cleaning Service to clean my house multiple times and I was happy with the service. As a returning customer, I trusted the service that I will receive and asked them to come for cleaning while I was at work. After I came back to home, I noticed that the cleaning has not done properly. I had some guests coming over the next day, so I had to spend a full 3 hours at night to mop the whole area of upstairs and downstairs (the hardwoods were sticky), and vacuum missing areas (under sofas were missed) and wash two out of three bathrooms and the shower those were not cleaned properly! When I explained the issues to Natasha, and asked for resolution (at least some discount on the service that wasn't done properly), she described it as "minor issues", and she said that she can not give me a discount and that I have been provided with 4 hours of service and I have to pay for it "as per terms of service". She said that either she can offer the cleaners to go back and fix those issues, or she can add some extra on the next clean, otherwise I owe her $122.04 for the service. Those options that she provided to me, was not working for me, because I had already fixed the issues and I did not want to go back and use and pay for the cleaning company where I had a bad experience with!!!! After a long discussion with her , she accepted to take just 15mins off the bill and that's it!!!!! And I payed her $114.50 for the service that was not done in a proper way.
