I moved to the area during uncertain times (COVID-19 lockdown) with many physical limitations of my own that make it a requirement for me to have a good house cleaner. I have a schedule of constant change from week to week and I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling my cleaning. Being a parent of a child with disability, I also love that the owner is an equal opportunity employer. Hired Sam to clean my house top to bottom for the people who bought it. Sam and her staff showed up in time and had the house not only clean but smelling wonderful. I owned 3 dogs during the time I lived there and all I could smell was how clean the house was. Thank you very much Sam!!

I was asked by the owner to give a 5 star rating, but good thing I waited. I experienced inattentive work, cleaning chemicals that stripped paint off furniture, difficulties adhering to the schedule, I saw them emptying a dirty mop bucket on my front lawn and I received very unprofessional communication bordering on harassment. I lost trust, therefore I found someone else for half the price. Save yourself from harassment and find a cleaner who will focus on the cleaning!
