I wish to point out that Sabrina, Veronica,Dianne, and Amanda have always done a great job cleaning my place. Even going above and beyond the call to make sure that I was always happy with the job they have done. Just had the service in for a clean. Was charged $95 an hour and came home to a sink full of dishes and a dishwasher full of clean ones. I left a note with a specific request regarding the dishes. They could have at least let me know in advance that they don't "do dishes". Hardwood floors have water stains from overly wet mopping on wood left to air dry. I would NOT recommed this service and will never use it again.

My wife and I have used Molly Maids Milton/Halton through a couple of our houses; we would definitely recommend the service to anyone in the area. There are obviously items that get done differently or need direction (due to personal preference) but in each case our requests have been followed to the letter. Specifically during Covid-19 and us all working at home, they were very professional and follow all the protocols expected.

We went through a number of cleaning companies that did a good job for a while and then slowly tapered off to less than adequate. Gina and her team are a breath of fresh air - they take pride in their work, and they want you to feel great when you come home after their visit - every time. Gina stays in touch to make sure you continue to be "wowed" by their efforts, and adjusts her services as your requirements change. They are by far the best and most responsive cleaning company we have worked with in Georgetown for over 20 years. I used this cleaning service for right after my c-section. The first few cleans were not horrible but it went down hill after that. We had a list of items that they are supposed to clean at each cleaning, very standard things I think (leather sectional, toilets, kitchen appliances, glass Shower, mirrors) I was told our house is not a hard home to clean (no clutter around) but still the cleaning job was horrible. Things were missed or clearly just wiped down with a dirty rag and not actually cleaned. I took photos and sent the details to the owner, the first time she did the next cleaning discounted. The next time they canceled my cleaning service “effective immediately” because they are not able to revise the cleaning I need. Considering they are supposed to have a scarification guarantee policy I found it hilarious they canceled my service because they didn’t want to hear it was a horrible job. I would not recommend them nor will I ever use them again

Staff is also, very well trained when it comes to detailed cleaning (e.g. baseboards, doors, side of furniture and appliances) Gina (Owner) is very personable and dedicated to her staff and clients. Each time I have been in contact with her she goes above and beyond to make sure our needs have been met! Always left with a great experience after each clean!

They clean places in my home that I simply cannot find the time to do; base boards, blinds, dusting of high corners and light fixtures, to name a few. Every modern day home should have a tribe of people that help and support them. For me, this absolutely includes Molly Maid. I am a mom to a 5 year old living with Cystic Fibrosis, wife, professional women and all round lover of life. Support is needed and there isn't a clean that goes by that I don't thank my lucky starts for their assistance in my passionate full of love life. I highly recommend them to everyone and consider myself one privileged mama for having their assistance in eliminating so many "to do's," off of my ever present "invisible list" of things to get done.
