Hi be wary of this company. I was looking for a cleaning company for my house. I saw many good reviews and that this company was internationally recognized and with vetted professionals. So I thought what could go wrong. When I communicated with the lady via email from the company, I was given a quote for the property just by giving initial details. I then asked if the price could be adjusted for a first time cleaning as we would be likely to continue using their services. The lady said that when the cleaner came that the price would be adjusted when the cleaner comes as they didn’t know how long the job would take and the actual cleaning itself. I was fully lied to and they didn’t end up changing the price and started accusing of different things that weren’t there. I learnt a huge lesson that despite many good reviews and despite gauging some sort of credibility that this can be sly. Please don’t get scammed like me and ensure you have documented proof if something does go wrong. Not a good look for this company. Despite being a good job, a company of this reputability should never try and deceive the customers as blatantly as they did to me. Again, be wary folks. A clear lesson for me.

Very professional service. The owners take a great deal of pride in their business, and go the extra mile to make sure their clients are satisfied. Love the fact that their staff is not only bonded, screened and insured - but professionally trained as well. NEVER though I would enjoy a maid service, but my experience has been great! From corners to baseboards - they'll get it all. Highly recommended.

Recently hired Merry Maids upon recommendation from a Facebook group I am part of and today was my Deep Clean. Ashley was incredible! Very kind, thoughtful and thorough and my house is now sparkling in advance of the holidays, best gift I could have given myself. Will definitely be following up with regular weekly cleanings from Merry Maids. I also really like how they bring all their own cleaning supplies and how they are using technology for billing with the ability to add a tip if you like. Ive used other large scale cleaning companies in the past and they don’t compare. Highly recommend!

We had a very poor experience with these cleaners. The job was not thorough (eg. did not wipe down our main dining table, a picture fell of the wall (not damaged) and we were not notified). They also quoted us once price and then charged for an additional hour. When my husband reached out to discuss all that was offered was a credit for future services, obviously we will not be using them in the future.

We got our new condo cleaned. The cleaning lady had a really bad attitude and she didn’t really clean properly. The floors and walls were still dirty. We thought of hiring a cleaning service assuming it’ll be cleaned professionally but it’s as if we just cleaned it ourselves.

I tried to use this service on a monthly basis... requested a quote and got a quick response but when I answered their questions to get a custom tailored quote, I never heard back. I assume my 680sq ft condo isn’t worth their while... too bad because we’re moving to a house and have two other properties that also need maid services. I actually went with a larger company specifically because I wanted things to be done professionally and by the book and I was willing to pay more for a no hassle experience. Unfortunately, that just wasn’t the case. ????
