Recently I have moved and they moved with me! They did full move clean out of my old place and full move in service fir my new place. Same team. Same great service. Worse cleaning company ever. Used them for a year. Never consistent with the cleaning crew. The Head of the company (Mo, I think) has a very rude disposition, he/she does not care about customer service. When I gave them constructive feedback, it was taken defensively and they eventually said they could not meet my expectations of one a month. Cleaning crew kept changing and style of cleaning differed from time to time. Some weeks they were fine and others not. They just COULD NOT cater to me as a client. They just did not care. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

Merry Maids have very good communication, are very reliable. Although their arrival time is not consistent. Cleaning is quite good, and they are pet friendly to our large dog. I would recommend this service.

Charged $600 for a 700 sq ft bungalow (3 cleaners, 4 hours, move in, empty house with no stove). Would have been fine with the price if the job was adequate. Would not recommend.
