Right from the very get-go Shawna was kind enough to offer help immediately and took control; her attentive attitude made the difference for me ! ???????? Cassie , Kody and Tori came in and were so incredibly respectful and gentle on their approach to our Home ???? ... they were like a well balanced Tag-Team and In Unison of one another, always in communication with each other and also with us ! More so, they were extremely respectful of my parents whom are both over 80. I so happy that they have given me some relief and confidence that I’m in great hands ! ???? Good quality, the maids are nice. But the lady who runs it can be quite rude. We have recieved many snarky text messages from her asking for more money each time, although the amount of cleaning has remained the same - We have actually caught some of the maids saying to eachother to take their time just to fill up a longer time amount, and then we receive texts from the lady saying they need more time to do the job and therefore more money. ... But the things that they clean get cleaned nicely :)

The cleaning service was great, the issue we had was with Shauna the owner. After being told by her staff last week that we needed to confirm our next service with the office, this morning cleaners showed up. My surprised wife politely told them that we did not confirm with the office and didn't require their services this week. They said thank you and left. About 20 minutes later I received a call from Shauna who asked me why her crew had driven 40 minutes through a snowstorm only to be turned away by my wife who 'slammed the door in their faces.' I explained to Shauna that we were told to confirm the appointment and we didn't, so we didn't expect her crew. She proceeded to call me a liar and told me she was very frustrated. She said she made the schedule and not to listen to her crew. At this point I told her she was being very rude and extremely aggressive and we didn't require her services any more and I ended the call. As a service professional myself I was shocked at Shauna 's rude phone behavior and treatment of me over what was obviously a simple misunderstanding. Beware! Pat C

I have been close by with the Handi Maids employees for many years and it is needless to say, they are great at what they do. They come in like a team of 2 machines tackling the mess, tidying until it's completely spotless! There aren't words to explain how nice and welcoming it feels coming home to bright fresh house. Also, we've always had a bird in the house and the girls ensured to only use environmentally friendly products when they cleaned to protect and keep the home safe.
