The owner had come over to give me a quote and wrote it on a business card because he had forgotten his paperwork. No big deal...he said that he would do it up and bring it over later that week. After six weeks (2 phone conversations, 1 voice messages and a text message), I haven't heard back from him. I can't comment on his workmanship but his customer service is very poor.
