Hired AirZone for a new furnace purchase and install. The President himself came to the house for the assessment, gave me options, explained each one, then gave me time to think it over. Their team has never come to the house and left without everything working 100%. Brent Lewis has never left any of my emails unanswered. Even when I couldn't get the central air started (despite that not being one of their installs), they still came by and did a thorough check and got it running without costing me a penny more than I had already paid. Don't be surprised if you call AirZone during busy season, and they can't get out to you for a while, it's because they are worth the wait for the quality of work and peace of mind.

Back in July I had Air Zone come and do a quote, the owner came and he was kind, thorough and didn't try to sell me on the highest priced air conditioning unit. He was down to earth and straight forward which I appreciated. When it came to installation day they were great with communicating when they would be here, when they were a bit behind I called and they responded really quickly letting me know there was a delay. When they arrived they were kind, courteous, professional and they did an amazing job. They cleaned everything up, were easy to talk to and the unit works wonderfully. I cannot recommended them enough.

We needed a new furnace in our home in Pembroke. We decided to have AirZone HVAC Services install the new natural gas furnace. They also added a new return duct in the living-room, something it should have had when it was constructed. They did what they said they would do, and they did it when they said they would do it. We were so pleased with the work AirZone HVAC Services did in Pembroke, that we had them install a new gas furnace in a property we own in Braeside. It had an electric furnace that we could not afford to continue to use to heat the home. There is no natural gas available at our place just outside Braeside, so we went with propane. They worked with the propane supplier and the new installation of a gas furnace was completed smoothly and professionally. Decided on an air conditioner and Airzone worked with us and were very accommodating with our schedules for the installation. I called Brent Lewis and in the same day he made room in his schedule to come and quote a hot water tank for us. He did his research and found the same manufacturer as our old tank! The technicians were not only on time but extremely professional, courteous and quick. The removed the old tank, replaced the new tank but after a final check..... they noticed a small leak. Without hesitation or extra cost, the two men drained the tank and replaced the leaking T-joint. Would recommend every time. Thanks.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Looked at having a home air conditioning unit integrated with our already existing central air and furnace setup. Brent stopped by and looked at the system and promptly e-mailed us multiple different options with quotes. The installation team was quick and professional, answered all of our questions and provided great service on all accounts. Having them back in again next month to finish some duct work that was shoddily done by a prior HVAC company. Sticking with these guys for future work - would definitely recommend to anyone in the valley.

We suffered an emergency and the Airzone team went out of their way to support us and provide us with a new unit is a very short turn around. The support team worked with the installers who did an excellent job of converting the broken oil unit to a new propane one. I am very happy with their service. This is the second installation they have done for me. A couple years ago they installed a heat pump which has been an amazing piece of equipment.

Airzone HVAC: We had a Lennox furnace , Lennox air conditioner and a 2 stage programable thermostat and a humidifier put into our home in June of 2016. The old furnace and air conditioner was removed and the new units put in with great professionalism and efficiency. The technicians were very knowlegabe and fixed some of the ductwork which initially put in wrong. The place was left very clean. The air conditioner and furnace works beautifully we are pleased with the performance of both. I had a exhaust pipe rotated and was done at no extra charge! I received a rebate of $650 for buying the complete package. The quotation was very competitive and professional. We are pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend them to anyone. I just had this company come and raise my furnace exhaust and air intake pipes as they were too close to the ground. The contractor who came was very good, he was very friendly and did a great job. He also explained what he was doing and why. Very thorough. I recommend them.

My furnace was "red tagged" at the most inconvenient time - isn't it always - and so I was looking for a quote from a company that made sense in terms of what I needed and what I could afford. My sister and her husband recommended Air Zone. The owner, Brent, came out and gave me several options and several payment plans. That made life a lot easier. His two installers - Jason and Josh - came out last Wednesday to install the furnace - I didn't hear them take out the old one and install the new one - about four hours later they were done - I couldn't believe it - they were so quiet and respectful of my home as well. I have to wonder how long it has been that my old furnace was not up to snuff because this new one keeps the house warm at 69 - 70 F - not possible with the old one. I have to thank Brent for his recommendations and his willingness to answer any and all questions.

They arranged all the financing for the new furnace that I needed and all I had to do was be at home when it was installed. The installation men were polite and efficient. We were introduced to AirZone HVAC when we bought an air conditioner from Canadian Tire and AirZone came to install it. We were so pleased with the service we got from AirZone we bought a Gas Furnace with AirZone installing it. One year later we called Brent from AirZone to come and sell and install a gas fire place for us at the same time they also installed an gas outlet for our BBQ at no charge. Thanks. Within the next couple of weeks I will be calling them again to install a gas hot water tank.
