Finally winter is over and I needed a big Spring cleaning here at my house and my cottage. I found 5 Star online where they do all the cleaning that I needed inside my house and cottage even windows outside as well, All the carpet, sofas , rugs has been cleaned professionally by their cleaning crew, then they had different crew of female cleaning ladies that came in and deep cleaned our home and cottage inside out and top to bottom, We were amazed with their Cleaning services, with their fair package prices and great cleaning result. 5 Star cleaning done an amazing job for second time using their services, for cleaning package that they did for us recently moving in to new house, We needed deep house cleaning, carpet cleaning and stretching, our dining chairs and sofa cleaning plus few rugs that needed to be picked up for cleaning,They were able to organize the different crew on one day to clean everything for such an great price. we were very happy with their customer services and amazing cleaning result. Any kind of flood could be nigh mare for any one house but sewage back up seen is worse of all. 5 Star team convert my nightmare to adventure, I learned a lot to prevent any flood to my house. hopefully. They were able to prevent some secondary damage to our contents in basement since we were able to act quickly in asking for their help .After 2 weeks , our basement is dry, better than before. I called 5 Star Cleaning and they quickly responded, they quoted me on the spot and answered all my questions patiently over the phone and I chose to hire them to clean up the water damage, They got to my place in under an hour and they were fast, efficient and very professional. They used high quality drying machine to dry up the water and fixed the areas that needed repairs. My house was back to normal in 4 days. We were in a pinch to find professional cleaners within a 24-hour period. 5 Star was able to find cleaners for us which was amazing. That said, the cleaners arrived and we received a low quality clean at best. The living room shelving and tables still had coffee stains, kitchen and kitchen appliances were not moved and stains and garbage was left on the counters, the kitchen garbage can was not move and large stains where left on the floor and bathroom mirrors still had water stains on them, the couch was not cleaned between the cushions nor underneath). Over all our service took two people to clean nearly 4 1/2 hours with a 2500 sq ft house and was charged over $600.

I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled "Flood restoration in the GTA". The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement and all of the possible scenarios on what he would have to do once the water was removed. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. When I went down to the basement later on to speak to Bob, all of the water was gone. Bob talked me through what the next few days would look like in detail and told me he would be accessible by phone 24/7 if I had any questions or if I was concerned about any water issues. I got a call later in the day from the office and Lisa checked up on everything. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

5 star crew did amazing flood services during holidays.. We had some leaking from roof and water damage our ceiling, floors and walls, flooded everywhere. I was very worried and panicking that this will cost a lot,... Bob and his crew came responded to our emergency call at 3.00 am and arrived in an hour well prepare to manage it. They extract all the water , took our wet under pads, took our baseboards and set up their machines to dry the area. they did their job very well and after 4 days. it was dry, they put the baseboards back , installed new under pad, stretch and clean our carpets, I was there the whole time and observed their work. indeed, their excellent services along with great customer services gave me reassurance that everything will be okay and was back to normal even better, cleaner that before flood. We greatly appreciate their water damage services and we happily recommend them. keep up the great work

We greatly appreciate and very happy with 5 star amazing sofa and rug cleaning result and services. They were friendly, polite and great customer services that we got recently. We were looking for trustable company for a while until I asked my co-workers if they knew someone? They were refereed to us by my co-worker that she is their regular happy customer for house, rug and carpet cleaning. Since we had few fine hand made rugs, runners and sofas that needed cleaning after few years of using them, So I decided right there and then and I called them. Bob and Danial arrived on time, after measuring and assessment of these rugs , they pick them up to be washed in their plant, Bob reassured us that they will be cleaned professionally where there won’t be damage or discoloration or any problem in washing in plant. We got them back in 5 days. The pick up and delivery was free. They cleaned our sofa at home which was great. The cleaning result was beyond our believes. We used their water damage services recently and very impressed with their services, Since We were very happy with great customer services we decided to use their rugs cleaning services too. We had few rugs that needed cleaning, repair and under pads. They took our rugs to their plant to clean , repair and brought them back after few days with amazing result, the repair done was beautifully, like brand new one, Since we got the undergrads for our rugs they are glued in their spot and not moving all which is safer for my younger kids and elderly parents when they come in. We loved their amazing services, we will use them again, and we recommend them to others.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bare with me before making a decision to go forward with this company. We called to make arrangements for cleaning services and were quoted one price for 4 cleaners which would be the initial fee with an additional per cleaner per hour. After an hour we were then informed that the quote was incorrect and that the actual fee was 200 more. We proceeded with their services because of the reviews they received and under the impression they were qualified to accomplish the job. We informed both Lisa (supervisor) and Daniel of the state of our home (post renovated). But when the cleaners came (which by the way only 3 showed up) they didn’t have a vacuum or necessary supplies to achieve the desired cleanliness we requested. We called to cancel the services, and explained the situation to Bob and he responded “clearly you don’t know how to clean” — extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. Due to the contract we signed we allowed them to clean the first four agreed upon hours. During this time, they cleaned one bedroom and started the second one. Upon coming home, the cleaning was absolute garbage (see images). For 600$ 1 room master bedroom and it’s en-suite we’re “cleaned” if you even consider that clean. I’d really like to know how they received such positive reviews. Save your money and hire a competent cleaning company. Paid for good reviews?

5 Star Flood emergency crew were my life savers when I had a leaking roof recently in my office where there was some problems with new roofing that just being done. Bob and Dan did a great job at cleaning my carpets once my puppy became potty trained. It was worried about the chemicals being used due to my allergies but Bob assured me they use chemical free products and only use green and anti-allergic products. A week later, my allergies are even better (I think all the dust in the carpets is gone too) and the potty stains are basically gone. should also mention that it was a lot more affordable than I thought it would be.

They quoted me $1500 on the phone for water damage restoration service in our home. Once they came, their quote changed to $2600 which I signed and paid a deposit of $2000. They did not leave a me a copy of the invoice when they started the work. Once the job was finished a few days later, they added HST on top of my original invoice of $2600. When I questioned why the HST was not included on my invoice that I signed, they stated that they reviewed the HST amount with me after I signed it. I do not recall seeing it as they had not left me a copy of the invoice, thankfully I had taken a picture of it and showed the original signed invoice. Why would you make a customer sign and pay a deposit without stating that there is an HST amount owing on top. I assumed that when I am signing the invoice it includes the HST. On top of it, why would you not leave a copy of that invoice with your customer?? After I complained I did hear back from the manager. She stated that I only signed a work order (not an invoice) and that is why I was not provided a copy of it in the first place. They also offered to credit me $100 for future service.

We were very happy with the emergency flood clean up services that we got from 5 Star cleaning crew. We had broken pipe in kitchen and flooded our main floor and some water went to basement where it damaged the ceiling and floor. They responded quickly and came in under an hour. They dried all the water damaged areas that were wet.
