We used Shack Shine for our gutter cleaning and Christmas light install this year. Dionte was the sales person we dealt with and he was a pleasure. Incredibly friendly, informative, and went above and beyond. Communication was prompt and detailed. I can't remember who came over to do our gutter cleaning but they were great. It was a miserable day with pouring rain but the guys did an awesome job. Diego was and his crew installed the lights for us and were so great! Again, so professional, prompt, friendly, going above and beyond. The lights looked amazing. I'm deducting one star simply for the issues we had with the bulbs. We had high expectations of commercial grade LEDs (we got the round G30s) and unfortunately a bunch of them died on us over the 2 months we had the lights up, some within the first couple days. We ended up having 10-15 bulbs replaced over the season. It's not a lot but for brand new bulbs we expected better quality -- for the price and what we thought were top of the line LEDs that are supposed to last a long time. It's possible it was just a bad batch but I'm a bit worried about how they'll do next year since the warranty will be up and we'll have to pay for replacements. That being said, it was incredibly easy to communicate with Diego about the bulb issues (via text). He was very responsive and he and his crew came out each time to replace any that had gone out. Often same day or the next. He was very apologetic and assured me that this was a very uncommon occurrence with the bulbs, so I'm hopeful we got all the duds and they'll be fine for a few years. Diego and his crew came back today to take the lights down and again, very prompt, professional, and left everything neat and tidy. We will not hesitate to contact Shack Shine again for our other house detailing needs!

This company is very unprofessional and I had a nightmare dealing with Shack shine. To begin with, the workers showed up late, my appointment with them was scheduled at 830AM but they arrived at my house at 2PM and their excuse for their lateness was because they have to clean another house at Richmond. Are you serious? If you are not capable to show up on time then don’t overbook your job and let your customer waited for you. My time is precious and I don’t want to waste my time and shack shine don’t respect their customer”s time at all. When shack shine finally showed, they did an absolutely terrible and unprofessional job. A lot of my stucco surface was still dirty, the facsia boards were not even washed. I was so frustrated and shocked how terrible this company is and I told them to leave since they are not capable of pressure washing my house. Please stay away from Shack Shine and save your money and find another home service companies. shack shine not only charge higher than other companies but their performance do not even match the price they charge.

We had our interior and exterior gutters, Windows washed and our backyard power washed and it was well worth every penny. The job was finished in just under four hours on a three story house with three workers. I highly recommend using Shack Shine and will definitely be using them again. I felt much safer using them then some of these random gutter cleaners that knock on your door. I have been burned in the past with workers on my house, but the staff made me feel at ease.

Ok, Shack Shine's visit to my place was amazing. In the pouring rain, Sean and Keith went above and beyond on cleaning the exterior the house, deck, patio etc. Super-cheerful and willing at every turn, covering all my requests thoroughly and then going above and beyond. Can't recommend these guys enough. (Ironically, Got Junk were also there at one point, which turns out to be Shack Shine's sister company. Their staff were also terrific--Matt and Carlos I believe. I had an epic junk pile. They did not flinch. Again, super-friendly.)

I was referred to Shack Shine by my roofer. I asked them to clean my gutters inside and out, wash my home exterior and also wash all windows and all my sunroofs. Greg and Kevin from Shack Shine came and helped me out. They were very professional, polite and did a great job. My house glowed after they were done. They were careful and also moved all the my furniture and potted plants away from the side of the house and placed them all back exactly where it was before. I was impressed with their quality of work and how thorough they were. They also hang Christmas lights. I am considering them for this.
