I wouldn't even give it one star, I went for an alteration on my dress and specifically told them what I wanted. They ruin my dress. Plues they didn't have it ready when they said they will. I will never return to that place.

NEVER PREPAY! My hunny just picked up a rug and he prepaid, in cash, when he dropped it off. The lady just told him that he has to pay again because he "didn't pay". The fact that we have to now go back home and find the receipt to get our money back is inconvenient. This should of been noted in their system that the rug was alrdy paid for. Never coming here again.

They have ruined two of my coats. One was a wool blend, and it has shrunk so much that it's almost unwearable. The other is a wool/cashmere blend, which used to be beautiful and heavenly to touch, but the fabric has been completely ruined! No longer soft, it's almost scratchy! Both of these coats were $300+. Very sad to have lost such beautiful clothes to this awful dry cleaners. I don't know what they did, but they SHRUNK my wool coat! I was also pressured into buying a membership card or points card for $20... I will never return and will warn others, don't bring your treasured items here. They have no respect for your clothing. Very disappointed.

I had my leather jacket cleaned at this place and they neglected to inform me that the cost would be $80.00!!! I feel totally "ripped-off!! I would highly discourage anybody from using this cleaning service,it deserves a zero stars rating.Poor service and a poor attitude here as well.

Very disappointed with the rude and abnoxious attitude of the female owner/employee who works at the counter. I dropped a two piece dress suite for dry cleaning and she charged the price of a three piece suite. I paid up front and didn’t realize it until later that I was over charged. A couple of days after when my wife went to pick up the dry cleaning, she politely told the same employee at the counter (I believe she is the owner) that we were over charged. My wife showed her the receipt and asked to for a refund of the extra money charged. The female refused to return the money and said it was my fault as I should have told her that she over charged me before making the payment. My wife explained to her that my husband didn’t notice it until later in the day and anyone can make a mistake. The rude employee said her system doesn’t allow refunds and walked away. When my wife told her that we won’t be coming back due to very poor customer service and the fact she over charged us, the answer she gave was, “well it’s your choice.” I’ll never go back to this business.

Bad experience.i went there yesterday.before giving them my 7 Pcs suit I asked them about the bad reviews online.lady there told me those reviews are for old store.she told me that they are no 1 in Langley.i gave them my cloths to steam press.came home it was the worse job they did.suits are wrinkled.it doesn't look like they did anything.it seems like they just packed my cloths in there bag to show they did something.wastage of money.dont go there .so I called her next morning and told her about my suits.she got mad and was very rude on the phone.told me she can't do anything about it and owner also told me that she can never last minute help east Indian people.if the store owner is using these words what we can expect from staff.extreamly rude people.

The lady who greeted me was nice. Prices on the higher side but I am fine paying for more if it's quality service. I brought my black trench coat here and pointed out a stain on the left shoulder area. After paying, I went home only to discover that there was another faded stain right next to the one I pointed out. I would not recommend the service as I don't think they dry clean their garments thoroughly. The value is low for me.

Very unclear on pricing so doesn't make me feel comfortable going there again. They charge whatever they can. Not the ethical way of doing business. Dealt with 2 different people and both were fumbling and saying different things.

They tore the sleeve of a dress shirt that had only been worn a few times. The woman at the counter said the sleeve was worn and it must of been torn before we brought it in. Why would anyone bring in a torn shirt to pay to have it cleaned?????? Should have listened to the other reviews. I will never go back there and will make sure all of my friends know of how this was handled.

Had my curtains hemmed and sewn together 4 pieces to 2. The hem is so uneven that it’s much too short in some areas. I paid more to have them hemmed then I paid for the curtains and now I had to replace them. They are ruined. Very upsetting.

I received a "welcome" to the Langley neighborhood after buying a condo in the area. I went to Master Green and was greeted with friendly staff. When I picked up my items I was very pleased with my clothes. Thank you Master Green I will be back!

So sorry to leave this review but we had a bad experience. Like others have said, pricing is unclear. We were very upset when the jacket came back in worse condition. The texture had completely changed. This jacket was expensive and had never been washed yet. In short, the merchant claimed it was normal wear and tear. (this is a special jacket so we are very aware of its conditions). The constant denial made it a frustrating experience. We knew the damage was likely irreversible when she mentioned it's cotton materials. We promptly told her it contains ZERO cotton. The label had not been read. We left it with the merchant and returned few days later. The condition of the jacket did not improve. They denied ever mentioning it was cotton in the previous visit and continued the normal wear and tear excuse. We knew it was time to move on. All we ask is to acknowledge the mistake and a refund which wasn't even granted.

They got my dry cleaning done in time so that's good I guess. But I was sold a suit bag last time I went that gives you 30% off when you bring it in and use it. Says it right on the bag. What it doesn't say is that doesn't apply when you ask for your suit the next day. Even though you pay extra for "rush" they don't honor the discount listed on the suit bag. Very annoying and false advertising if you ask me

I find it very unfortunate to have to write a scathing review of this wretched establishment that comically claims itself a legitimate business. Last sunday, I took my two of my leather jackets to this unprofessional, dishonest, fraudulent place of business to have them dry cleaned. When I returned today to pick them up, there was significant damage on both items including visible scratches and ruined texture of the fabric. This shop somehow by the dint of their imbecility and sheer incompetence managed to shrink one of the leather jackets ($1,700 retail price) and effaced the design texture inlaid on the leather. The woman at the counter flatly refused to admit her botched job and refused to make any amends or even give a refund. This empty-headed, obstinate, ill-mannered, and clearly clueless individual rambled on about how it was not her fault, not even heeding the objections and clarifications I offered her. No amount of censure or invectives would suffice to convey the degree of repudiation this shame of a business fully deserves. This place is an absolute disgrace to those hard-working, honest small business owners who earnestly and professionally carry out services for which they were paid. Places like this are a scourge not only to the reputable business community, but also to consumers who allocate their hard-earned dollars for at least an acceptable level of quality of service as well as workmanship. How this place still has a business license when it's essentially ripping people off is beyond me. I trust that whoever reads this review will think twice before giving their business to this atrocity and save yourself the trouble of having to deal with the most worthless scum of human kind.

I went to this cleaners hoping they would be able to help me with my situation the jacket that I had to get cleaned is vintage and it had Suede & Leather trim around the wrist and neck area of the jacket this jacket is not easy to find nor is it easy to clean that's why I needed a professional that deals with leather these folks. Took care of business not only are they kind and very helpful, the first time I got it cleaned I seen a spot or two that was missed they had it redone and I came back and the jacket looked a hundred times better than when I gave it to them now mind you the jacket is over 20 years old so for them to get it looking the way it did I got to say they aren't my business and I appreciate them the money was way worth it not only because of the way the jacket came out clean but because of the customer service and how nice the people are thank you folks at Master green dry cleaners without you my jacket would just look like some old jacket now it looks like a very cool vintage jacket I shall be back you have a new customer!

Had the best experience at master green when I really needed help. I had a wedding to go to and had a stain on my suit. I thought I was going to have to buy a new suit but the great staff was able to clean my suit and get me of to my friends wedding. I bring all my clothes here now and they exceed my expectations every time. These guys are true masters and I really appreciate what they do for me. Customer for life! Ed

Be ware!!! Terrible experience Moved to the area and thought I would give them a try. Be careful when dropping things to the dry cleaners. I had outfits that were stained and asked if they can be removed her words “ we will try our best to have them removed and if it doesn’t work we won’t charge” My mistake was not checking the items before I left at pick up. When I got home more damage was made and more stains from the metal clip buttons were caused and bleached on the darker areas of the dresses. Another mistake was not taking a copy of the receipt I went back to clarify the stain issues and the charges and was told the system was down and data was erased (hmmmmm).so the gentle man who spoke to me aggressively said “what do you want we have been in the business for 30 years and never give money back!” (Tells you that they won’t satisfy the customer or keep their promises). And put the lady (i think owner) on speaker and she said” I can pull up the camera recordings and have you listen to the conversation” technically they should inform you that you are on camera. Anyway all I asked for the breakdown of the items receipt and he punched a new random one making the invoice total of $61.26 when I originally paid $63.76. When I told him that’s not the total he started to raise his voice. Wow! Unprofessional
