I wish I double check my sofa cover before leaving this place . I got 8 suits , 4 shirts and 2 sofa cover dry cleaned here about 7 months ago . I just pull out one of the sofa cover that is used for back up and they sprayed the back of it with bleach . So I got a one foot by 4 inch mist dots all over the sofa in two places . Sadly they couldn't tell me about it or anything . If I had the receipt , I would be back there for a replacement of the sofa cover . Such a joke

I was in town for a wedding, I made sure to call in before dropping off my suit to be dry cleaned that it would be ready by next day as the wedding was in 2 days .. I arrived to pick up the suits prior to the wedding and they had marked me down for Friday the next week! Would definitely not recommend this dry cleaner !!!!!!

Recently quite disappointed 1 double comforter and a small white load and same dark load. $77.00 if I had done it myself it would've cost $25.09 to use the machines they said it was 3&1/2 loads and the comforter was $28 itself. I'll never use them again it must have new management it has always been quite reasonable in the past. That was not reasonable!

Lovely place and great staff! Brought in a blanket to get dry cleaned and I was recommended to just wash it in a machine to save money and it would be just as effective. They washed it for me and I picked it up the next day. Thank you!

What a lovely place! I had an emergency when my new puppy made an accident on my duvet, so naturally I needed to get it cleaned ASAP! There was no one open on a Sunday but Laura's Fine Dry Cleaning so I thought I better go...not only was the price amazing for cleaning a duvet, it was also ready next day!! They actually apologized they wouldn't have it ready same day. This is a great place and the staff are extremely friendly. I will def keep this as my regular dry cleaning stop :)

Highly do not recommend. They ruined my article of clothing and refused to take responsibility for it or pay for any sort of repairs or replacement. If you value your clothing I strongly suggest not coming here as many other dry cleaners do have reimbursement/replacement policies while this one does not or atleast negligiably refused to provide me with it when I requested it.

All in all a positive experience, was quick , easy and simple. (1 hr 20 mins to do 8 loads!) The staff was friendly and every machine worked well. The whole place was spotless and they never stopped cleaning the machines inside and out. The place looks straight out of the 60's and 70's but when I talked to the staff she said the machines are rebuilt every few years! They got the clothes cleaner than our home machines did and they also got more lint and dog fur off too. I watched them clean the rubber seals on every washer and they have these huge water extractors which take out so much that you could simply have hung the clothes to finish drying. They have one large quad load machine which is $10 a cycle but can handle two king size comforters at a time. I used the double load front loaders at $3 a load and the double plus machines at $4 a load. Dryers are $1 per twelve mins. The extractors are $1 per cycle and are quick (3mins?) All the machines take toonies and loonies only. Staff can provide change and you can use debit to get coins. They also offer drop off service and drycleaning. Staff are polite and friendly. Seem to enjoy their job and greet everyone who come in the door. I look forward to going once a month. Free wifi is a bonus and there is a corner store 3 doors down for drinks/snacks. They also had a good selection of magazines and supplies are available for purchase. ***I did 8 large/double loads including 2 huge loads of towels. I used the extractors on the towels and one load of jeans. My total cost was $38. I could have saved a few dollars by filling the machines more but prefer to spread things out. The dryers are very good and I only needed 2 - 12min cycles for each load. I ran the heaviest stuff (my husband's jeans) for one extra dryer cycle. I will need to go only once a month for my family and the cost will average to about $20 a month.

I've always thought that if one was nervous to wreck their own dress shirt; that taking it to a dry cleaner was the right answer. After waiting 2 weeks I pick my shirts up. They noted that there were some stains on certain shirts that they couldn't get out... cool thanks for telling me im happy to pay at least you tried and told me. I get home and im devastated. They absolutely ruined one of my shirts, washed the color right out to the point it looks terrible. I brought it back to show them and he offers me the 11 bucks it cost to clean it. If you took a classic car to a detailer and they washed the color off your car, you wouldn't want your money back you would expect a new paint job. What a slap in the face. That'll be the last time I take anything to a dry cleaner. I have 0 faith in humanity.

I have for many years used Laura's for my dry cleaning and occasionally for laundering and for those many years I was always very happy with the service and the results. Recently I had the unfortunate need to have many items dry cleaned due to there being bed bugs in my apartment building (I did not want to run the risk of having my really good clothing being infested without my knowledge). Face to face, I asked the full time female staff lady if they would do them and she called the manager who advised that they would take the items for dry cleaning only if I paid for the entire load so that my items would be in the machine alone and I was quoted $60. I thought that this was a very fair price and I understand the concern not to infect other customers clothing (despite the fact that dry cleaning solutions kill bed bugs and their eggs). When I got there with 1 full bag of expensive clothing to be dry cleaned alone, their story changed. The man at the counter said that no, they would not take in my items at all, and the female staff member that I had previously spoken to avoided all eye contact with me and would not join in the conversation to even confirm who she had spoken to. It became clear to me that she was not allowed to join the conversation at all, she stayed as far away as she could and would not look at me even when I spoke directly to her. The male at the counter spoke to me with a very rude and judgmental tone as if there was something bad or wrong with me because I live in an old building that has had a bed bug problem. I could not believe it! How are people supposed to get rid of these pests or be preventative about not becoming infested if our local dry cleaners will not take in our clothing items??? After being a long time customer of Laura's dry cleaners and laundromat, I will not return. I will not give my money to a business that is so judgmental and derisive to its long time customers.

Ive used this laundry mat for years now. They are friendly and helpful. They have big machines to wash blankets, etc. When ever I'm in the area, I always use this laundry as they are very clean too. They are very responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this laundry mat. Never had any issues.

I asked these people to dry clean my new jacket. The old guy I was dealing with had poor customer service skills and was contradicting himself. He told me that the garment couldn't be dry cleaned, that it was wash only. I told him to go ahead and wash it. He charged me double what everyone else charges so I was hoping for a good job. When I picked up the jacket he told me they had washed and dry cleaned it to get the oil stains out. This was after telling me it couldn't be drycleaned. When I got home and looked closer the collar had frayed and the color had faded. My new jacket ruined. Never again.

Unfortunately will not be coming back I asked the store my dress was purchased from where they recommend I take my brides maid dress to be cleaned and this is where they suggested. I had high hopes. At the time of dropping it off it was said it would be easy. They had my dress for over a month and I never received a call if it was ready. When I called them asking what’s happened they said “oh yea it’s ready.” When I mentioned it’s been over a month they didn’t say anything. I went to pick it up and the gentleman couldn’t find it. Asked for the name again, what colour it was etc. I am so disappointed, didn’t even look at my dress. I sadly would not recommend them.
