Called Gorilla Property services for Spring cleaning of the Driveway, Decks, Patios, Windows and Gutters. No time this year to do it myself. Paul and his crew showed up on time and worked hard through the day. Always respectful and attentive when we wandered out to check the progress. Once completed, we were floored at the difference! Clean and tidy. They even did a couple things that were not on the list. Would highly recommend these guys for anything you don't have the time, energy, or equipment to do. The "before and after" is amazing!

They are not committed to those who call them and because of them it was 4:30 pm and it was late to check with another company. Definitely I do not recommend you wasting your time calling them. Initially Jason was very helpful and gave me a detailed explanation and also suggested I treat for spiders ahead of cleaning which I did. When I returned home I acknowledged the house looked many times better than it did initially and also noted a few areas where more attention was needed due to grease and whatever substance they used left residue. He advised he would come back and wash by hand which is over and above the standard service. I paid the invoice in full based on the agreement we had and have not heard or seen any of his guys at my residence since. Just make sure expectations are met from both parties before proceeding and when he says some “spider poo” is Impossible to remove, that means all of it.

Oddly enough I had called a competitor to get a quote, they had a catchy name and a nice website... sadly that company didn't call me back for 3 days (the job was completed before they called me back). My impatience got the best of me, so I looked for another service provider. Voila, Gorilla. It was a Saturday, so I left a message for a call back and Jason called me within an hour. He came to my home, accessed the job (I needed my gutters cleaned), quoted me a fair price. He said he'd come back on Monday morning... he showed up with his helper, on time and prepared. very dishonest and shady. My window got damages by this guys and they were informed the very same day. Paul tried to remove the scratches himself the next day and couldn't so i was referred to another company by them to get an estimate for scratch removal . As soon as i sent them the quote, they started to deny the whole damages. its interesting that even the company they recommended also agreed that scratches were caused by them and the angle that they cleaned my windows. My unit is brand new so for them to say scratches must be there prior to their visit is a joke.. 9 months of back and forth emails between my strata company and them and they don't even honer their own promise to take care of a mess they created. MAKE SURE to monitor them when they clean your property and take as many picture as possible if you see anything. obviously they are very good at lying about their poor work so make sure to document everything! you have been warned!

Today Patrick came with his team to clean my dryer vents, he discovered that there was actually a bird nest stuck in the vent and he went above and beyond to disassemble all the dryer vents and cleaned them all manually.
