Not sure if the person was an employee Or the owner but he's doing a job at my neighbours house and blocked my driveway which had a vehicle in it. I confronted him about it saying that he's blocking my driveway and he gave me attitude saying that he wasn't going to be there very long Not very smart business sense. I don't care if he does a good work or not...that is not how you do business. He should park somewhere else where there's lots of room. I would never use him based on this experience.

This guy is awesome! Our carpet had a lot of stains because of my little kids leaving inks, paints and fruits. The cleaner came and gave me a quote, which had to be extended to much higher price, once he started working on the stains. however, he kept his words and worked with the original quote. it took him 4 hours to clean the carpet; he started at 7 pm and finished 11 pm, without a break. i really appreciated his honesty and integrity. The carpet looks fabulous now and the solution he used did not leave strong scents. I absolutely recommend their service!!!

My staircase had a major issue: the previous owner had a dog, a cat, smoked, and had bad knees so he walked up it with shoes. The previous carpet cleaner tried to clean it after I rented a cleaner for it. Doug came in with an enzyme treatment and finished with vinegar acid wash to take out the smoke tar. We now have a carpet that looks good and It is so clean I can bring my face down to smell it and feel good about it... All this after thinking it would have to be ripped out!

Top notch company. Doug is very professional and friendly. I had my carpets cleaned and afterwards my renter decided they didn't look clean enough so she used her own steam cleaner. It turned out that the guy from carpet shock made a call to do a dry clean and admitted that it would been better to use a different cleaning method. Doug was very apologetic and immediately once finding out that there was an issue, refunded my order AND is giving me 25% off my next carpet cleaning. If you want excellent customer service from a company who will treat you right then go to Carpet Shock.

I wish I could give a better review because Doug was so pleasant and professional on the phone. I called him the week before I had scheduled the cleaning to confirm. Then on the day I had booked, he never showed up. I called him a few times, left him a voicemail... never heard back. Thankfully, I was able to find another carpet cleaning company very last minute, and their price was actually better so it worked out okay.

I just bought a house and moved to Langley. I was undecided about whether or not to tear the ugly, dirty old carpets out and put in wood. Finally I decided that it wouldn’t be wise to renovate until it warms up a bit, so I called Doug in to clean the carpets as best he could. As the company name suggests, I was shocked! My expectations had been very low and I was more than pleasantly surprised by how good Doug made the carpets look. I don’t believe you could possibly go wrong choosing this company!

I was very impressed with this company!! The guy was very knowledgeable and unlike the last carpet cleaner I had he knew what he was doing. I have 2 dogs, one being a Great Dane who had a very big accident (#2) and he managed to get the stain out and on top of that made my place smell amazing! The last company made my place smell worse like WET DOG!! WAS not happy. I didn't pay someone $200 to make my place worse than before. Anyways I'll definitely be using Carpet Shock again. Recommendation for Carpet Shock Cleaning method No need for large hoses or big noisy machines, no odour and carpets dry almost instantly. When Doug explained the system, it was what I had been waiting for. Moving furniture is not a problem for Doug. One of our carpets had numerous spots, which responded to some extra special care; the overall refreshed clean carpets are a joy to my heart.
