They were very professional, work was done on time and they took extra care to make sure that I was more than happy with the work. I've used other Maid services before but I like the way Maid In The City handles themselves. I would definitely use the service again and tell my friends and family. Great work. Happy with the work! I had Vanessa and Makenzie as my cleaners and I am satisfied and would be happy to have them back. No complaints! They listened to all my requests! They went over everything that was done in my home with me. Very impressed with the attention to detail.

Not impressed of the services and would definetley not recommend to any one nor shall I be using the services again for any future business. I came across Maid in the City Cleaning Services from the google reviews, and the reviews were very positive which led me to believe I would receive the same high standard that many of the past users. I used the services for a rental property and paid for a deep clean of the house, and noticed thereafter there was still lint and pieces in the carpet that could've easily be removed, the fridge drawers were still filthy as well as numerous other pieces that had been missed. Not a great first impression for the tenants that moved in.

The dedication to detail I have received today, even though this was a short notice booking for Maid in the city cleaning as they had a full schedule and staff sick. Well, I'm sorry to say this, but it was a terrible job. I was so looking forward to coming home to a clean house and literally treated myself with a home cleaning. In this economy, I am already struggling. I had family coming from out of town and I was busy with work, so I thought "why not?" When I walked in, nothing looked as though it had changed. A few clean spots but nothing spectacular. And in my bedroom, nothing was moved and mirrors not wiped down. Bed not made, window ledges not wiped ???? The bathroom mirror was so streaky and she left the dirty cleaning rags, evidently, MY towels, hung to dry over my bath towel leaving me to do laundry and re-clean everything before my company showed up. It was truly disappointing. Also, I believed she used my vacumn as It was FULL of hair. Which is fine, but at least empty it and don't claim to use all your own supplies. Sadly, I was looking for someone to come in on a monthly basis, but if this is the first impression of your work, I'd never hire you again. It was wasted money and a huge disappointment.

I'm a first time maid service user and I found Maid In The City to be very reasonably priced, and they are all super friendly and a delight to welcome into our home. I'm so glad I found them! My husband and I had a tenant move out of one of our properties and left it an absolute mess. We found maid in the city on Facebook and were a little skeptical about the price as usually cheaper services mean lower quality. Maid in the city proved us wrong! The girls were friendly and very professional and fast. Booking online was really easy to use and we really loved how everything was all done paperless. They came in and did a deep clean of the unit in the amount of time they said they would. They did a walk through at the end and showed what they did. We are planning to use them again in the future at some of our other properties and will be recommending them to anyone looking for a reasonable and professional cleaning service.

One of the worst experiences I have had dealing with a small business. It started with me having to cancel an appointment a MONTH in advance. They said they would charge me $50 for that, which is 20% of the total service cost (even my dentist or doctor doesn't charge me that for a cancellation a month in advance). And when I asked why as much for a simple cancellation, their answer was: "it's in our FAQ" - as if a new customer is expected to go and read about all the FAQs before ordering service. Then comes the time to get reimbursed for the remainder of my downpayment - it took literally 3 weeks of me calling them every other day begging them to reimburse me. No follow up from them, no apologies, no small gesture like we're going to waive the cancellation fee for all the hassle you had to go through, nothing. Absolutely terrible service, never answering the phone, never returning your calls. There are plenty of other cleaning companies in town that actually do care and go out of their ways to delight their customers - not this one, would never recommend it.

I was a bit skeptical at first but after reading the reviews and speaking to a few friends who have used house cleaning services in the past I decided to give it a go. I am truly impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of work that these cleaners put in. Not only were the ladies who visited my home today punctual, but they were very pleasant, and went over with me what cleaning had been completed in my home. They took the time to ask me if I had any questions or if there was anything more that they could do. Awesome work! I'm very happy with having given this a chance.
