First experience hiring someone to clean our windows. I had quotes from other companies, and they were a lot more. Stephen showed up on time (early!), was very polite and courteous, and did an exceptional job. I would absolutely recommend Clearview Cleaning for having your windows done! For at least 6-7 years now we’ve had our eavestroughs and windows cleaned by Clearview . We have always found Stephen and his crew very pleasant and professional—and their prices are excellent. Our lot has six very large poplars and two hardwood trees so we get a lot of leaves and seeds in the gutters. Because the house is an infill style, the uppermost gutters are pretty high up. Stephen’s crew are fearless: they get up there and 1) clean the gutters out by hand, then 2) use a blower to remove anything debris that’s left, then 3) use a water hose to make sure there are no blockages in the downspouts. In other words, they are thorough. Clearview has always done a great job and we have never felt the need to look elsewhere. We are also very impressed with their window cleaning services. They come when they say they’ll come, and they charge what they say they’ll charge. And they do first-class work. Their degree of care and professionalism is unfortunately not always the case nowadays!

I just had Stephen and Matt working at our 32-unit condo complex doing a thorough cleaning of our entire gutters and downspouts system and they did an excellent job. Manual cleanout with controlled washout so there was minimal overspray and they made sure the muck left in a bucket! When they were done that (in 1.5 days), they got to work on cleaning the exterior of the windows including large 2nd storey sealed units. I'm still trying to find a streak or a thumb print but gave up. Stephen said he's been doing it for 32+ years and he's still an eager beaver (or whatever they have in Scotland that equates to our national icon :) Easy to say 5 stars for these guys. This was the first time we had all windows cleaned since we moved here in 1978. Stephen and his son Mathew did an excellent cleaning job on all the house windows and our sunroom. They were very respectful and professional in their work, taking all the necessary precautions to complete the job to our satisfaction. There was no mess to clean afterwards, just sparkling clean windows and screens, The view from inside the sunroom is outstanding. The quality of cleaning is pretty good too, I can barely see my own reflection on the window after it's done, just a clearview of the outside - hah just like the name of the company.
