Manny came on time; performed the service and also walked me through the entire process. He had all the replacement supplies like filters (air and humidifier) with him (one stop shop); and went one step further to sanitize all units/ ducts at the end. He did not rush through the work. I hired this company for furnace / duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. My realtor opened the door for the furnace cleaning fellow who arrived on time. The carpet cleaner, came with a different vehicle, asked me to pay before the job was complete. We agreed on a time when I arrived. Upon arrival, he was half way through the job, which was fine. He insisted I pay then and there but seeing his attitude, the fact that the job was just half way at that point and that the way he quickly glided the carpet cleaning head just to create the carpet mark without paying attention to the carpet condition whatsoever, I refused. He just kept on asking me all the way saying how busy he was and how he could not wait for the payment to arrive via e-transfer. I relented and sent the payment before he finished the job under harassment. During the carpet cleaning job, I did not see he did any pre-treatment, nor I smelled any scent of detergent, neither any sign of steam from the cleaning head. The company’s advertisement claims they are a 5 star in Better Business Bureau. I beg to differ.
