Jason was absolutely brilliant. We called at 5pm yesterday evening and Jason was here by 7pm and done by 9pm. He provided outstanding service and me and my husband would highly recommend him to anyone! My husband struggles with allergies and asthma and we moved to Calgary just over a week ago, and he was struggling with the heating system in the house. The carpet cleaning service was good, staffs were very friendly. My carpet had some relatively dirty spots, so I requested them to put more solvent to clean them. A few days later I noticed the carpet at these spots started to get loose. So I contacted this company again, although I was not 100% sure this was related to the solvent that they used, they took the responsibility and got a professional fixed this issue for me at their expense on the very next day. Overall I think it was a positive experience with AlbertaPro Cleaning, especially their Post-sales service made me feel that they are responsible and trustworthy.

He gave me an "explanation" for over- looking the job I thought was booked and offered to make it up via other services they offer and/or carpet cleaning. I am leaving my initial review posted because that was my experience and I believe the point of having reviews is to list the negative as well as the positive ones. I am giving this company one star. I contacted AlbertaPro Cleaning about cleaning my carpets in 3 bedrooms, a small landing, and a set of stairs. After speaking with the owner, he verified what I needed cleaned and what part of town I lived in, we set a tentative date and he stated he would get back to me to confirm. I never heard a word back from him. I guess our needs were not big enough, or possibly do not live "in the right part of town" in order to have your carpets cleaned by this company. Needless today, I have gone elsewhere to have my carpets cleaned, and will let everyone I know about the lack of customer service from AlbertaPro Cleaning.

We are very pleased with our carpet cleaning from AlbertaPro Cleaning; the rep that came to our house did an excellent job at explaining their products as well as cleaning our carpet. We had alot of pet stains from an old dog, and our almost 10 year old carpet looks close to brand new now! The cleaning product smell did linger for a couple of days post cleaning, but luckily it was warm enough we could leave our windows open....and we would take that smell over the smell we had before! I would recommend this company to others and would definitely use them again. As a side note, we did call around to other companies to get quotes, and AlbertaPro Cleaning was middle of the road for cost, but we decided to use them based off the positive experience we had on the phone after discussing our carpet issues with them. Overall we are extremely happy with our experience and will be calling them for future cleanings!

We chose this company based on three things. First their reviews, the second was their prompt response to my phone call and thirdly it was how professional and organized they were to speak with. The owners son Joel arrived right on time, went through each area in our home with my husband to make sure he knew exactly what we were wanting completed. He informed my husband of all that could be done, with an added option to sanitize as we have a baby almost here and we also have two cats. Joel did his best to remove all he could. We have cream colored carpets, and we had left them a bit too long to be cleaned. He sprayed the high traffic areas twice and let soak, it has never looked so good! We have used two other companies prior, paid less, and got what we paid for - mediocre service and less than desirable results. It is worth it to spend a bit more and get it done right the first time. We will definitely be using this company again! Thank you!

After searching and receiving a few quotes for carpet cleaning, we booked AlbertaPro Cleaning! THE best decision we ever made, our carpets look fantastic. We have lived in our home for almost 20 years, two kids, a dog and only spot cleaned them ourselves so they needed a good deep clean. Alberta Pro did not disappoint! After contacting them, I was contacted promptly by Gary, who put us in touch with the amazing Joel. A quotation was sent out, and our appointment was scheduled in within a few days. Joel was very professional, friendly, outgoing and very polite. He worked very hard and the work was done within the quoted time. Following the drying of the carpets, there were a few spots that popped back up a little and Joel returned with some super duper stain solution and zapped those areas again at no charge. Our carpets look like new, and we are so grateful to AlbertaPro Cleaning, Gary, Joel and all their staff for being a reputable business and excel at customer service. Well done team and will be recommending AlbertaPro time and time again. PS: I was so pleased that the cleaning machine was quiet, and they also use wall corner covers, so the hoses don't rub up against the baseboards. Nice touch!!

Their tech Joel was very professional, and was friendly with our loving pup. He worked very efficiently and did a wonderful and thorough job! Even though there were more vents to clean than we anticipated, our furnace being high-efficiency, and we decided to do the sanitation treatment last minute, he still only took the 3 hours he originally estimated.
