Paid $80 to have a queen mattress cleaned.The technician called 3 mins before he was supposed to be here to"confirm my appointment"? Showed up 40mins late. Couldn't figure out how to get to my place since there was construction on a neighbouring street (it's really not that difficult) and then proceeded to park in a no parking zone. He became a little paranoid about getting a parking ticket so had to constantly stop and go check on his car. He ripped the bottom of my mattress (its a foam top so a rip in the bottom isn't the end of the world but c'mon la). The actually cleaning was O.K.; nothing to write home about. I don't think they let the chemicals sit on the mattress long enough to really break up stains or do anything more then a superficial clean (ie they spray the mattress and remove the chemical immeadiately after with the steamer/suction machine). My appartement smelled weird after the treatment....I'm assuming it was the deodorizer -not a huge fan. The smell didn't linger on the mattress so I guess that's something positive.

We required Maqsim Protection's services for 3 or 4 of our leather pieces of furniture that had been stained or used. Our most important one, an electrical white leather sofa was completely used on one side and we were certain nothing could save it in its current state. Florin did MIRACLES, he went above and beyond to fix it and it was a HUGE SUCCESS. It looks BRAND NEW! He was very nice, knowledgeable and polite. We definitely recommend their services! I`ve kept my original post since I beleive that customer service is incredibly important when it comes to chosing a company to do business with, and although it was a rocky start....they made it right!!!! After my initial bad experience the owner contacted me to make things right, offered to do the work at the quoted price, then persisted (called twice to offer me apointment times after i had said yes to getting it done) to ensure I would give them a chance. I`m glad I did, the gentleman that came to the house was friendly and profesional, the couches are as clean as I could have expected! After leaving, the owner called again to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Overall i`ll be calling them again the next time. OLD POST Horrible service, Called to make an appointment expecting it in the new years, they told me they had somebody in the area and could do it at 11am....quoted 120$ they also assured me that they where the "go to" company for mobilia and so I told them what couch I owned to ensure the quote was exact. The cleaning guy called at 10:30 to let me know he would be a half hour late, then showed up at noon (1 hour late), then after taking some pictures let me know it was 170$ but they could do it for 150$... Sent him on his way, will NEVER do business with them in the future. Update: the owner called 10 minutes after this review was posted, will honor the original price, I will update the review once the couch is cleaned. Was 1 star...now 2 because of the owner call

He came this time (I have reviewed him before) to clean a small tribal rug that I have in my kitchen. It was pretty dirty with grease and oil. He washed it twice and without any extra charge, offered to clean another rug as his machine still had suds. He cleaned up after his work.
