I originally submitted them my two articles, on nice wood and metal hangars and packed away / covered in a designer protective bags from the Baie. When the two suits were collected and paid for, I realized that they replaced my expensive hangars with cheap plastic hangars & my blue protective bags were gone. No one could assist

HORROR!!!! I do not recommend to bring your expensive or delicate things here. Especially if the clothes is made in Europe. these guys probably use the cheap industrial American Dry Cleaners that are extremely harsh on the colors. they completely destroyed the material of my jacket! It is completely different colour and completely different texture. it faded and almost erased all the colour of my jacket. ------Français----- Je ne recommende pas d'aller ici! Ils ont complètement détruit la couleur et la texture de mon manteau.

Had my down soia and kyo winter coat drycleaned/winterized it came out looking as good as new and it smelled great. they did a great job on the the "fur" part too. Would go back for sure.

That was THE MOST terrible experience in my life. They ruined my new silk blouse for $5.75 (cost of dry cleaning service). I found few scratches on fabric after theirs cleaning and new stains on it. They proposed to clean it again. I asked them to be VERY careful with the fabric. They said "Sure, that's our job!" After few days I came back to pick up my blouse and what did I see? The same stains were at the same places and brand new scratch! After my complain they took care of stains and took them off in 2 minutes. I didn't receive any compensation. The only thing that I've heard about scratches was "That's not me!". Sure, I have nothing to do to blame them in things that I did.

Nice staff. Dropped off my coat and it was ready within the given time. Nice eco-friendly option for dry cleaning. I personally value that and don’t mind paying a bit more to ensure process is more Earth-mindful. Some lint left behind, but nothing I can’t fix myself ☺️

Spend your money somewhere else. It took them 2 weeks and i had to go there 3 times for them to get tailoring done for 2 shirts (adjust the sleeve length) and i paid $50!!!

I brought my jacket to be cleaned on tuesday , they told me it will be ready on Thursday, when I got there on Thursday they lost my jacket , told me to come back on Friday, on Friday, after they found my jacket , they told me it was cleaned and it was wrapped ready to leave the store, they made me pay 23 before I was able to take it back , only realising it was never cleaned , they told me to comeback monday , wich I did and I noticed it was not even cleaned in a professional way , my jacket still had the same smell ......I don't know how I stayed polite , but I can't ever go back there....????

Would give 0 stars if I could! Every issue in the reviews is accurate - they charge for repairs that they don't actually do, they're rude to their customers (and to each other, so I guess that's normal for them?), and they lose things. They lost a blouse and couldn't care less. After 3 months of my chasing them for news about my shirt, or a reimbursement (including a few complaints sent to head office), they magically found it. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up - not only did they try to charge me for it, after all that, the shirt hadn't even been cleaned! I went to them far longer than I should have because they're convenient, but I'm never going back to Daoust - it's worth going well out of your way to avoid these guys.

Make sure to check your clothes right as they give it to you. We made the mistake of looking at it when we got home. Dropped off a work vest that had a rip under the arm. They charged 18$ to fix it.. the rip is still there.. with a safety pin next to it. Nothing at all was done. It was not my first bad experience here.. but it'll definitely be my last.
