(Original) J’ai utilisé leur service de lavage de revêtement pour ma maison. Le contour de mes fenêtres était taché de cernes et je voulais lui redonner un aspect propre. Après leur lavage, ils ont laissé ma maison pratiquement identique à ce qu’elle était avant. J’ai donc décidé de tester une éponge monsieur net pour faire partir les taches. À ma grande surprise, les taches partaient facilement! Donc j’ai appelé chez PROP et ils m’ont dit que j’avais de trop grandes attentes et qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Donc aucune solution pour régler le problème. J’ai ainsi payé pour un service pitoyable.
