J’ai appelé pour qu’ils viennent faire les réparations (j'étais preparé a payer les coûts additionel) et le propriétaire m’a dit à trois reprises qu’il passerait mais il n’est jamais venu. Lorsque j’ai appelé la quatrième fois, le propriétaire m’a raccroché la ligne au nez! J’ai donc dû appeler une autre compagnie qui, elle, a fait les réparations et corrigé le problème. Vous voilà donc averti!

On a convenu d'un prix à ce moment et les travaux devaient être faits rapidement. Croyez le ou non, malgré de très nombreuses promesses de leur part (par courriels et téléphone) nous sommes rendus le 28 novembre (6 mois plus tard) et ils ne se sont jamais présentés et ne répondent plus à mes demandes. Je me retrouve donc en hiver avec un bout de facia arraché qui laisse entrer l'eau et les oiseaux et des gouttières qui débordent. Tirez vos conclusions...
