Please beware of this fraudulent company! I asked for the 4 hour deep clean service (2 people) and they did absolutely nothing. Even the kitchen counters weren’t touched. I sent multiple photos to the owner Alejandro and he insisted we pay anyway and threatened to send me another invoice (which was due one month later on April 16th) with “lots of interest”. My intention was to write them a registered letter this week but he just showed up to my house “to collect”. I have called the police and they are aware of the situation. Alejandro has now blocked my phone number. Never hire this company -complete scam!

Today west Island cleaners did great job at my home ,very good job ,the crew was nice, polite ,they bring there supplies and vacum ,price reasnoble i will have them twice a month thanks again

3 cleaners were here. After they were gone I realized that they had dusted in front of things but not behind in several places, the kitchen faucets were still covered in cleaning product residue and the counter was still visibly dirty. I found a carpet beetle husk in my son's crib that I presume had been behind or under the crib prior to the cleaning. The bathroom and floors were fine but I am disappointed by the poor attention to detail considering the price paid.

The person in charge of the team from the Dorval branch started by saying all the things they wouldn't do, even do they had quote them as included. They had a poor attitude and did not perform as they had offered. I would NOT recommend using their services. Also, they didn't applied the promo discount even though I had applied on their website. Terrible experience.
