Today had my dryer venting system cleaned by SOS Dryers! They were very accommodating in giving me the appointment as fast as possible because I needed the dryer to function asap. They are very professional, efficient and with a great sense of humour. They do their job at100% to make sure the client is satisfied. I highly recommend this company!!!

After calling what seemed like every service on the planet to have the dryer vent cleaned in my condo, I came across SOS and after reading the reviews I decided to give them a call. Best decision ever. Pleasant on the phone, willing to give all kinds of advice and explanations about my dryer and the ventilation ducts in my place. They were also willing to go to the east end, which some of the bigger names in the business are not. My condo is rented out and I arrived in the area 30 minutes early so I decided to get a coffee instead of disturbing my tenants. Well, when I arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time, the tenant said they had arrived early, cleaned the dryer vent and had just left! I was so shocked, I thought my tenant was joking. In any case, I was able to catch up to them in the parking lot because I wanted them to clean the bathroom fan too. No problem! They came back, did the bathroom fan, and they didn't even charge me! They were absolute sweethearts all throughout and they left no mess whatsoever. I would recommend them any time. :-)

We called SOS Dryer before replacing our dryer and I'm so glad we did. It turns out the problem was in the attic where the duct was split wide open, broken beyond repair. Derek and Richard arrived and fixed everything. They did a beautiful duct install with anti-critter covers on the vents, and working outside in the snow in serious cold temperatures did not slow them down. They were professional and personable and cleaned up after, taking the old duct & etc. with them. You'd never know they were here, except now the dryer works like it's brand new! Heartily recommend, will be calling them for regular maintenance & duct cleaning from now on. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Excellent service! I had 2 units to clean. The first one was good. The cleaning team advised me to changed the drying vent for the second unit as the vent was made from plastic and it can cause fire. Kevin then came in and solved the problem real fast. Thank you for your great service!

I had a rought start with them. The owner called me back right away and appologised and fixed issue swiftly. The day of installation i think the name of the installer was kev. He routed my dryer exist very nicely. Kevin is a very big guy and my the work was done in a very small crawl space basement. He did an amasing job at the end he even went back and redid the end to make me satisfied. So he went in the very tight crawl space twice. Very good job. Not an easy job for Kevin but he did find through my house where the dryer duck finally went to. ( This was a house we bought last year and we didn't know either). Once he found it, cleaned it, amazing service and we will call him back in 2 years for another cleaning.... If you need dryer duck and or repair, this company SOS Dryer is great! Honestly, I picked these guys due to the google reviews, and I'm really satisfied. They run a super clean and efficient business, incredibly nice, had fun chatting him up and he explained every single thing he was doing. I don't think I can recommend them enough, really. The work was spectacular, and Jim even installed an elbow around my dryer hose to make sure it had great airflow. I got an appointment super quick, Jim was here right on time, did a perfect job, took the time to test everything out. I will definitely call again in a few years when it needs to be done again! Seriously. USE THESE GUYS FOR YOUR DUCT CLEANING NEEDS! Local business, just 2 guys running it, amazing service, what else is there to say?

TLDR: Terrific experience, easy recommendation I recently bought a new house and noticed that the dryer was taking longer to dry than at my previous house which led me to believe that the dryer vent was full of lint. To make matters worse I noticed a bird go into the vent a coupe of days ago and decided I needed to clean the vent ASAP I researched and found SOS and am so happy that I did. The process from start to finish was so well done and professional. I called on a Tuesday and the lady that I talked to was very nice and managed to get me squeezed in for a Thursday appointment with Derek and Richard who came and were just as friendly and polite. They took of their shoes when they came into the house which was very much appreciated. As for the work once person worked outside while the other stayed inside. The job took an hour and they took a lot of stuff out of the vent. They also installed some big cage protectors around the outside vent caps which should help. Overall i am very impressed and happy with their work and would easily recommend them to Family & friends. Thanks :)
