Booked a cleaning but they never showed up. Called back twice and they never answered. Edit: My appointment was on Saturday. I did call multiple times, once on Saturday and twice since then and no one answered the phone.

We felt a bit letdown, they missed a lot of areas, mopped floors without vacuuming. And the product they used was sticky and left footprints. They were nice and did a good job on the windows and appliances, but I wouldn't call it a full cleaning.
