I called and booked an appointment. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. When the cleaners arrived, the were friendly as well. They did an amazing job and wanted us to do an inspection of the house to make we were satisfied. A few days later I needed them for another job, it was an emergency and I needed them immediately. The showed up within a 2 hr period and again the job was beyond my expectations. I do no this live Inv the city and the payment option was convenient. I would highly recommend Mas Cleaning to my friends.

I moved into a new place earlier this week and had the best experience with Kenza! She was very thorough and everything was sparkling clean. After another company no showed, I texted MAS and someone was very prompt to text back. I was able to get a same day Move-In Deep Clean. I highly recommend Kenza, very friendly and made sure the cleaning was up to my standards along the way. She meticulously cleaned every area and it was perfect for my move in later that day. It is one of the worst cleaning services!! I asked for spring deep cleaning and the cleaning was so shallow and I had to ask the girl to do the cleaning behind the couch, under the carpet, cleaning windows .., etc. The cleaning kit they brought were in a bad condition (specially the mop). I asked for specific tasks but the girl was disappointed and did it badly. I had to clean again after her!! It does not worth the money at all!! They are not professional.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, HIRE THIS COMPANY. We used them a few times, it wasn't great but it's hard to find someone. Today, a cleaner came and managed to make a large chip in our hardwood floor and did water damage causing a piece of floorboard to delaminate. When we contacted Sammy, the guy who runs the company, he was rude and claimed the damage wasn't their fault and essentially accused us of lying. It was a horrifying experience that will likely cost us thousands of dollars. Find someone, anyone else to clean. Do not make the same mistake I did.

What a terrible job. We hired 1 cleaner for 3 hours to do 2 floors. She worked in slow motion and took 4 hours. Did not clean under the rug (there is still crumbs and dust) or the kitchen hood. Ton of streaks on the floor. Total cost was $145 and I still have a bunch of stuff that I need to clean. I feel ripped off. Does anyone have a good cleaning service to refer, because we are done with MAS.

When the bedroom mirror fell down (no breakage) when being cleaned - through no fault of Mas Cleaning staff - they actually returned the next day with a drill and studded screws to re-attach the mirror. DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!! I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews. The cleaning lady who showed up was very nice but she didn't do a very good job. There was still a lot of dust everywhere and I had to vacuum again everywhere after they left. When I provided feedback to the owner, they were rude and blamed me that I didn't check well enough before they left. It was $125 for 2 hours of work! I do not recommend their service AT ALL and I would make sure you get references before considering using them. For that amount of money, you can get much better service with people who know how to communicate.

I emailed Montreal Maid Service and got a response from MAS Cleaning, so clearly it is the same company however they did not even try to respond with the "company" I contacted. After asking for a quote, they quoted me 2 maids at double the price, clearly trying to gouge me for as much money as they can. In addition I went through reviews and an owner that shames people that post negative reviews rather than trying to correct the situation does not deserve to get any business. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.

Sami was incredibly nice when I called and was able to schedule something in a very short time frame and even provide the full (and accurate) quote over the phone. Amina from Mas Cleaning just left my place and I am very satisfied with her work. I hired Mas Cleaning for a standard 3 hour cleaning of my 3 1/2 plus an extra hour to wash the walls and moldings. She did just that and was kind enough to check-in with me every once and while to see if her work was satisfactory. Very disappointed. Maybe we had bad luck, but our experience was terrible from start to finish. Main points: - We recently got a new rental so we requested the move in package for our apartment, and we were recommended and booked for the 1 maid/3 hours option ($125 + $25 additional hour). On the day of, without any warning, two maids arrived and informed us of the two maid rate ($225 + $50 additional hour)! After expressing my confusion, they backtracked and said they will still just charge us $125 because they only need 1.5 hours to finish anyways. I was surprised but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. - The maids had no idea what their tasks were and their English was poor. Word of warning-- the cleaning scope advertised on their website is not at all what they actually did! I told them I had the move in package, but asked them to focus on the floors and bathroom (2/7 what was described online)-- and that was ALL they did. They touched absolutely NOTHING else. - Despite only cleaning the floors (which was only hardwood and tile) and the bathroom, they did a terrible job. I ran my swiffer over the bedroom floor, and it came back dirty (see photo). There was still hair on the floor. There was still dirt and grime on the kitchen floor, especially near the walls. - There was still grime left in the bathroom. Moreover, *they left powder bleach all over the toilet*... how ridiculous!!!! I had to give the toilet a full on wipe down in order to use it. - They told me they would charge an extra 30 minutes in order to clean the oven. See the third photo-- I ended up having the scrub the oven door myself, something I paid THEM to do. All in all, it was a terrible experience for us. I feel fooled by the good reviews. I will not recommend this service and will not hire them again.

Amazing. I had my house fully cleaned from head to toe and they went above my expectations. Eman and Amel were friendly, efficient and really left my house spotless. They did everything from floors, to windows, behind every piece of furniture and even got to cleaning the mouldings along the floor. My house was very dusty and I have a dog that sheds so you can imagine. They also got rid of every bit of soap scum in the shower and tub which isn't easy. I'd also like to mention that when I contacted their services, they were VERY quick to respond which was greatly appreciated. I hired MAS cleaning because my regular housekeeper is out of town. Booking with Sami was a simple process, and while the service is very pricey compared to my personal cleaner they were extremely thorough and it was worth it. I got the 1 maid 3h package and 2 maids came and were there 1.5h (same price as quoted) and the place was incredibly clean afterwards, they took everything off the counters to clean and moved furniture and rugs too. I appreciated the time saved with 2 cleaners. I'm happy to have a deep-cleaning service I can call in the future!

I used Mas Cleaning twice for moving in cleaning. The first time, the cleaner that came, Amina, really really impressed me. She was very detail oriented and that's what I was looking for. However, when I moved into my place this time, the cleaners that came to my house were not good. They seemed to be in a rush to finish the cleaning as soon as they could even though I repeatedly told them that they can take their time so the apartment is really clean. The guy would get annoyed whenever I asked him to do something, such as wiping the shelves in the closet or in the kitchen. While the kitchen was being cleaned, I asked them to clean behind the stove as well and the response I got was that I was supposed to tell them that before... The bottom kitchen shelves were left completely UNTOUCHED! One of the top shelves in the kitchen had bunch of stuff from the previous tenant, I asked them to take it down and clean that shelve as well since I was going to get rid of that stuff and put my own belongings there. The cleaners just told me to leave it if I'm not going to use that shelve. I wasn't very happy about hearing that since I obviously did not want to keep the dirt of previous tenant in my place. Other than that, the house got only cleaned enough for me to move. I guess you just have to be lucky with which cleaner comes to your place. Update: After sending the photo of the dirty kitchen shelves, Sami told me he would send a different maid to fix the issue. I appreciate his professional attitude.

Very superficial cleaning, more like a dusting than a cleaning. I had asked for the 2 maid package to clean an empty apt before the painters arrived to paint the empty apt. When I told them the painters were really not pleased, I was dismissed! The crew rushed, I would have rather paid for extra time and had a proper job well done.
