Well, here's what happened. They fixed old commercial cleaning machines and sell it back at a lower price than market values. We bought a carpet water extractor for $$$ amount of money. When they tested it, it works. When we used it at our location after buying it, 30 minutes later it dies. We contacted them and they said "bring the machine here and if we'll fix it for you with some charge." And no return policies. We were ignorant buying it without asking for return policies. I don't know if this happened to other companies/individuals. Unfortunately, it happens to us. Be careful.

Dans le service en Europe, ils ont découvert un tableau électrique non fonctionnel, le mauvais chargeur vendu et nous devons payer 800EU pour les réparations. J'ai des screenshots avec vos textos, vos emails, vos promis, les dates quand j,ai envoyé les preuves de réparation, les factures, les photos des elements changés. En plus en mise en démeure était envoyé (2021-08-03) j'ai un reçu avec un signature de votre côté que vous avez bien reçu tous. La machine I-Mop était inspecté par le servise cerifié de I-Mop qui sont en chock par la machine qui j'ai payé! en plus, le I-mop était achété suite à l'annonce. Quand on a fait les negociations avec Noureddine, il a dit que la machine qui j'ai payé était utilisé dans le même matin et envoyé à l'Europe avec des restants de l'eau dedans, qui a brulé le PCU. Votre service d'audit était avisé, quand j'ai dis 40+ emails et j'ai plusieurs fois écrit par vous "On va vous rembourser la semaine prochaine". J'ai rien à perdre si je mettre les emails ici, voulez-vous? Avec vos textos? Je peux mettre ici et mon mise en demeure aussi, aucun problème, avec les faits et les preuves+des photos à tous qui était dit, les parties brulés,le chargeur non fonctionnelle. If you want reliable, knowledgeable, honest staff, DO NOT go to this place. They lie, overcharge and have very poorly trained technicians that do not know how to repair properly or professionally. We had a series of vacuums that needed repair under warrantee. The parts were either improperly installed or wrong and did more damage to my equipment than help. The owner even admitted to doing this and did nothing to compensate. I have warn everyone in my industry to avoid them. My company runs on integrity and these people have none. I give them one star because i cant give a review with ZERO stars
