Cleaners were on time and professional, I had some cat stains and was embarrassed but cleaners reassured me that it wasn't a big deal, cleaners were both very knowledgable and knew exactly what to do. I have been looking for a great carpet cleaning service for about two years. i called this company owner, Answered quickly and was able to come by within the week. The cleaners were expeditious, courteous and thorough. They were able to remove stains I thought were permanent on several pieces of carpet. They helped bring in all the area rugs, cushions and chairs once cleaned and dry. I really felt they went the extra mile to do things right and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend their service and plan to use them again myself.

You guys are so great at what you do! My temporary rental had carpet that has clearly been stained for years; most likely pet related. The landlord discounted my rent because of the carpet, but I couldn't move in with my little one with the amount of dirt and build up, as he spends so much time playing on the floor. I was glad to have found this place through online. They were professional and very reasonably priced. I needed the carpet cleaned for a move-out at a pretty short notice and they were able to accommodate that, as well as even locking up the place for me after they were done because I wasn't able to stay for the whole time. I felt unsure at first about paying them before the job was done, They didn't charge extra for steps, which was really a relief since we had 2 sets of carpeted stairways Anyway, thanks to this company Carpet Cleaning for a job well done! Will definitely be using them again and referring them to family & friends in the future!

This Company is fantastic, and I would highly recommend them. I have had all of my rugs cleaned by them and they come back looking like brand new rugs. They have repaired rugs, cut rugs and cleaned them better than I could have expected. They have treated pet stains, high traffic stains, and even wine. The team is great, professional and experience is quick and easy, they even pick up and deliver!

Unreliable and unprofessional. I feel like the proprietor doesn't really even want to be in business. I called Kevin and he offered to clean my area rugs. He collected my information and we set an appointment for Thursday afternoon. Then on Thursday he asked if we could reschedule for Friday and I agreed. Then on Friday, I got a call from a subcontractor who said Kevin had asked them to pickup the rugs (but the subcontractor told me that the price was double what Kevin quoted). I called Kevin and he said that was due to a misunderstanding and that he was on the way. Again, he asked me my apartment number and what floor I was on. This time he asked if my building had an elevator (I said it didn't). By now he was already late and then after a half hour he called me to tell me that he couldn't make our appointment because he is unable to carry his equipment to the third floor and doesn't have an assistant. He referred me to an alternative company, but the company he referred me to did not seem very professional so I chose not to work with them. In summary, I was very displeased with the experience and it ended up being a total waste of time.
