They are good about communicating any concerns or questions. They are always looking for ways to improve their business and have expanded into organics recycling and vermicomposting, diverting a significant amount of organic waste, some of which is donated to a neighbourhood garden to help the community. We had high hopes when we came into the office on Tuesday because Kitchener Clean spent the long weekend doing a huge Floor Care job for us – cleaning almost 7,500 square feet of carpet, doing a complete deep clean of our tile and grout floor, and refinishing our dull lunchroom floor. We weren’t disappointed:) In fact, we were blown away by how great everything looked (and smelled). All the high traffic areas on the carpets looked so much cleaner – we didn't realize how many small stains were under the work areas until they were no longer there. They even managed to remove two large carpet stains that we’d just learned to live with. Thank you! The tile and grout floor seemed to almost "glow", especially in the washrooms. Our lunchroom has such a wonderful sheen to it, and now we don't have to worry about doing a complete strip and refinish for another few months. Thanks so much, as always, for your excellent work!
