They are happy to accommodate our changing needs and the hectic environment that our house with 4 kids and a dog provide! Shelby is quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. The team shows up when they say they're going to, without fail. Shelby, Kayla, Brittany and the rest of the crew are great people and great cleaners - I highly recommend them!

She received an award tonight at the Business Excellence Awards Gala. Her acceptance speech was so much more than that. She gave a message about equality and quality working environments. Her description of how she works with her team and how she got to where she is today makes me not only want to meet her and her team, but also promote her and her business. A stand up professional that needs to be supported. If for no other reason than “great leadership” this company should be considered for you Clean and Tidy needs.

I have been working for clean and Friday for 3 out of the 5 years it has been in business and it's incredible, i enjoy going in everyday and cleaning my clients home. Shelby has has an amazing attitude and never let's you feel you aren't enough! The team she has built up are amazing and all willing to help out if needed! The pay is way better than it should be and the new employee incentive program is also great (I mean who doesn't want a paid day off) and benefits! You build up relationships with clients you clean and that alone is something I couldnt give up! I would reccomend anyone to work here!!

I have been using a cleaning service since I was injured a car accident in 2002. I have had a menagerie if cleaners since that time. Some were better than others, some downright disastrous and dishonest. My last cleaning company worked for me for several years. Very good at cleaning however the head of the company took advantage of my good nature and kindness. I felt uncomfortable with conversations that were negative and started to notice how abysmally she treated her staff. I became concerned with their oppressive work environment and safety. I had to let them go. After several failed attempts at finding cleaners to meet my needs I found Shelby. Her company has restored my faith in this service. Her staff are well trained, respectful, compassionate and great cleaners. I could go on! I am thrilled with Clean and tidy!

The staff is personable, very detail oriented, and the more they come in the house, the cleaner it looks! The two important factors for me when selecting a company to work with were responsiveness and being able to accept that I have 3 big dogs in the house haha. I don't believe the admin team ever sleeps, they are incredibly fast at answering any questions and responding through email, and the team overall is very comfortable around pets!
