Like most people, I assumed that cleaning services were for the wealthy and kept struggling to find time to keep up on the household chores. Then, I called MaidPro. Hired them for $250.00 to clean walls doors and trim got home there was a note asking for a tip and saying she was here for 4 hours First thing I noticed was could not smell any cleaners when we walked in we had house clean when we left except what we asked to have done walls doors and trim was not touched and couldn't tell anything else that was done except " maid pro " stickers on toilet paper we called to ask about this they said they would get someone back out they would call and. Schedule a time well that never happened and now after a month of phone tag they say it's been to long I'll check with the owner and get back to you well guess what no call back My 15 year old daughter does a better job than these so called pros highly don't recommend this company

We bought a house and hired maid pro to do our final move out cleaning on the house that we we're renting. After I had received multiple calls from the office that day, the first being that she had taken out 3 bags if "garbage" which didn't make sense seeing that we cleaned everything out that needed to go the night before, and the second being that she needed 2 more hours to finish, I thought we were all good. So assuming it was cleaned we didn't bother checking. Two days later we received a call from our old landlord that we needed to come over. Apparently it was not cleaned as well as we thought. Cupboards had gunk I'm the fronts, nothing was moved just swept around. Dishwasher top had gunk all over it. When I called to ask about it I was told that maid pro doesn't move things and that I only had 24hrs to make these problems known. Will not be hiring maid pro again because the cleaning they provide is no different than what I could have done myself in 1/3 of the

We own a cottage in the Elk Rapids area, that is rented out on a week to week basis during July and August. We have been using MaidPro since beginning the rental program in 2016. The previous owner and manager were wonderful but the new owner Becky is STELLAR! We are not there to review the quality of the work but our guests have provided us with feedback, and report that the quality of cleaning, attention to detail, and thoroughness is exceptional. Anytime there is a question or concern one call to the office is all that it takes to resolve. Although we only use the service 8 times per year, they treat us as if we were year round customers. We can always count on them!

We were initially skeptical about finding a cleaning service that would make us happy----which means doing it as well as we would do it ourselves. But we decided that our time spent cleaning could be spent better elsewhere and bit the bullet and called some services. Ashley from MaidPro responded quickly and professionally. She initially offered an online estimate, which is their procedure, but readily agreed to coming out to do an onsite estimate. "Happy to do it!" was her response with no hesitation. She did in a very timely manner and we were set up for business. That's the first step. The second step was the actual cleaning itself. We decided to go with MaidPro because of Ashley's manner and focus on the job to be done. We stayed with MaidPro because of the wonderful service that Lisa, our cleaning tech at that time, provided for us week after week and how the incredible the job is that Amanda does as well. The house literally sparkles and smells so clean after each visit. Ashley also came out the first time to do a spot check (which we also did after they left...owners always know those 'secret' spots to look for to see if a thorough cleaning has been done) and her observations, as well as the cleaning itself, were excellent. Amanda is consistently professional, thorough and goes above and beyond. We will stay with MaidPro because of her. Thank you!
