Natalie and Angel came to clean my home and they were WONDERFUL!!!! Words cannot express how grateful I am to them. It was last minute and Elizabeth was able to squeeze me in. She told me she couldn’t promise me the entire house but she could promise the main areas. When I tell you the ladies CLEANED IT ALL!!!!! Truly amazed and very grateful. They also practiced socially distancing for those who are concerned. I’m a forever client. Love this place.

We hired this service today to have the house cleaned before our second child is born next week. We have a 3 year old, and our house is pretty large. We’ve only lived here a few months and although our house is always “picked up” I haven’t gotten to deep clean since I’ve been very pregnant since we lived here. We were both incredibly impressed by the quality. Our cleaners were Ashlyn and Traci. Both girls were very sweet, professional, and did an incredible job. I’m pretty OCD and probably more critical than others, I was very impressed. In the end they had to call in a couple other girls to finish on time, but I’m happy they did that instead of try and rush. I’d use them again, and would recommend to anyone!

I had nothing but problems with this company. They only cleaned for me 4 or 5 times, the first 3 times were supposed to be a complete cleaning of a house I had just purchased. After the initial cleaning I had to have them come back twice because they missed so many things, they didn't clean out the refrigerator or freezer the first time, the second time they didn't clean the freezer (again). After the first cleaning piles of dust were left on one of my bathroom floors, they said this was because they couldn't finish in time and had to come back, but they knew I would be moving in before they were coming back. Why they didn't just allocate enough time for it to be done the first time I'll never know, but I still had to have them come back to clean what they had missed anyway. The last two times they scratched and chipped my stove, and someone they were training (they are always training new people) wanted to know if she could use the bathroom she was supposed to be cleaning because she said "I have to go". Before I even had time to let them know about all this they called me and said they would no longer be able to clean for me because of "a business decision". I specifically asked for a more detailed explanation but never heard back from anyone. In short, every time they came to clean it was a bad experience, there was always something wrong. The only reason I used them as many times as I did is because the owner sounds like she cares a lot about customer service, but basically it's all talk and continuous problems. I would have given them less than one star if this site allowed it. Do yourself a favor and call a different company.

For the positive parts of my experience, the cleaning team was professional and courteous and did a good job. However, when I requested a quote I thoroughly went over my needs with coordinator. After providing all the information on our home as far as square footage, number of blinds/windows, hard floor surfaces, etc I was quoted 5 hours and a team of 2. The team showed up 30 minutes late both days. They worked 7 hours the first day and had to return the next. While I do understand that without seeing the home you may underestimate the amount of work by 1 or 2 hours. When the crew did a walk through they made mention that our home was one of the cleaner homes they’ve done so it should take long. After 5 hours they said they would need 3 more hours to finish the main level. They worked 2 hours and still said they would need more time. I don’t understand how they undershoot by 5 hours. The coordinator said the windows and blinds took a long time. I understand that, but when we spoke about cleaning the home I informed you we had 9 sets of wooden blinds and that’s the quote I was provided. Also, there is a lack of communication between the team and the coordinator. After realizing that the blinds were not going to get done without an extra 3 hours, I said I still needed the windows done. The windows never got done. I really feel like the company undershoots to get their team in there and then puts you in a position to spend a lot more money.

This is the best cleaning place around! Elizabeth (the owner I believe) took the time to talk and listen to evaluate what we wanted and worked with our budget before they came in. Then the scheduling was easy and convenient. They weren’t afraid to do cleaning that no other company would touch which was a huge decision for us hiring them! We are very happy with our cleaning and will definitely be using their service again!

We love maid brigade. Natalie and Angel have become more than just people that clean our home. They are very very good and never cut corners. Also I work from home and have never had an issue with them cleaning while I am working. We have 4 kids, 2 gunea pigs, 2 cats, and a rabbit. Yeah pretty much a zoo in here. You can't tell we have animals, they clean that good. Highly re-commend. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

This company lied to a landlord about a tenant after they moved out..the landlord lived out of state so never got to walk the home...I clean for the renter weekly and the items this cleaning company charged for were all made up lies... they didn't have any photos for proof either...I weekly cleaned this home and them charging the landlord over $1,000 to clean this home was disgusting....a moveout cleaning for this home should if took a crew of 2 people about 3 hours and shouldn't of costed more than $250.00...this company should be ashamed of themselves and should be out of business..I wouldn't send anyone to them and rather would say avoid them like the plague
