My front load washing machine rubber was mouldy and needs cleaning. It has to be removed to give it a proper scrub. I called up several repair shops but they won’t do the service. When I called VG PRO Company, Vlad instantly understood my concern and goes out of the usual to help me with my cleaning needs. He also gave me tips to help clean it thoroughly. I am very pleased of their service and will definitely call them again if the need arises. Thank you Vlad!

I hired VG Pro Repair to install a complicated pull-down television mount to the wall of my home. It was a difficult job but Vlad made it look easy. He was responsive, friendly and very professional. I was impressed by how careful he was to avoid damage to my floors/walls during the installation process, and how he was methodical and precise in his measurements and prep. Overall it was excellent work and I look forward to hiring Vlad again in the future.

I would like to share my very positive experience with VJ Pro Company. My daughter had returned to university to find her fridge/freezer was not working at all. This was on a Saturday afternoon. I called VJ Pro Company and asked for a returned call. Within 15 minutes, Vlad called back and asked how he could be of service. I explained the situation and that my daughter was without a fridge/freezer. Knowing it was the weekend and later in the afternoon, I was unsure if we would have to wait until Monday. Vlad said that he would be there within 3 hours and would call 1/2 before his arrival. Sure enough, he called to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional upon his arrival and went straight to work. Within an hour he had the fridge/freezer running again. His service call rate was more than fair and he did not charge extra for coming out on a weekend. i would most certainly recommend Vlad and his team to anyone looking for appliance repair. I contacted this company because of its association with Home Depot. They wanted to shake me down for $239 for less than an hours worth of work. When I told them I was a student and asked to negotiate the price, they just completely ignored me without any contact... very unprofessional, horrible customer service
