Very smart man who knows a lot about vacuums. Came in looking to replace my vacuum bag and he had a large selection and thankfully had the bag for my vacuum. Would definitely return to him for any of my vacuum needs.

I went in to the store on a whim after remembering I needed a filter for my dirt devil; It took a good minute before the staff in the back of the store came up front, with a less-than-warm reception that actually threw me off enough to make me stutter, before I managed to ask if they had Dirt Devil filters. After explaining why he wouldn't help me because I didn't have the exact part numbers (instead of, at minimum, pointing me to the Dirt-Devil filters I later found hidden in the corner - so I could at least browse) I looked up my model on my phone in the store and found the exact part number. He almost seemed flustered at my audacity in finding what I needed, and when I gave him the info he immediately lectured me on why they don't carry my filter because 'they come out with a new vacuum every week, and they don't want parts for *every* vacuum sitting on the shelf'. I wanted to point out that the store was literally lined with ancient products - but I bit my tongue. The one saving grace was an almost defeated offer to order the filter. I declined - at that point I realised I had literally received no help, and I had done all my own legwork, so I decided I'd probably be better off just adding the filter to my Amazon cart and ordering it myself - which I have.

My girlfriend went in to this store yesterday and the gentleman was serving another customer and leaned away from his current customer to say to my girlfriend “I don’t touch Dysons!” Perhaps a lesson in customer service would be helpful for this gentleman. For all he knew we were looking to buy a brand new vacuum from him. We have instead ordered a new vacuum from Amazon thanks!

Terrible customer service. They recommended universal parts that may or may not fit and won't allow returns if they dont fit. Have a little pride and guarantee your work/product. Edit: Since this guy decided to lie on his response I'll amend my original review. I gave the store my EXACT model number for vaccuum bags, there was no guesswork involved. This guy is a liar and clearly doesn't care one bit about customers. Stay away. I found OEM bags for cheaper than his generic bags (which he wouldn't guarantee). Look elsewhere, it's not worth the headache.

If you need a vacuum just give them a call! Simple as that. They have many options to choose from but the man working made it super easy. He asked questions about my lifestyle to ensure the vacuum would fit my needs. Very impressed. Wow!!

Great service! The salesman took his time to really explain the new features on my vacuum! The vacuum I got has been great at cleaning my pet hair, which was once found all over my apartment. Now that I have this vacuum it's like I don't even have a dog that sheds!! It's a miracle!

While I was taking my morning stroll I noticed the large open signs on the shops windows. I've been waiting for them to open so I can buy replacement bags for my vacuum. The man was very helpful when searching for my vacuum bags, it's been months since I've bought my last bunch. Very pleased with the service, highly recommend

This store has everything vacuums, it was a little overwhelming at first, didn't know there were so many different types and sizes of vacuums. I didn't know these places still existed but it's nice getting personalized service from someone who really knows everything and anything to know about vacuums. The Kenmore I brought in was on it's last legs so the man working showed me a similar but much more powerful vacuum. Very pleased with my service and my purchase, definitely will be back to purchase more bags when I run out.

We required some parts for our Kenmore canister vacuum cleaner. The owner helped us. He did not have the part we were looking for and could no longer get parts for Kenmore. He did sell us a part that he claimed would work efficiently with the vacuum we have. He claimed the part would be adjustable to work on all sorts of carpeting. It is NOT adjustable, it barely works on any carpet. It has become extremely difficult to vacuum at all. We are very dissappointed, paid $99.99 for the part that he assured us would do what we needed doing AND now I will have to buy a new vacuum cleaner anyways. He also sold us bags and filters which I won't be able to use with any new vacuum cleaner. A total of $200.00 later and I still have a vacuum cleaner that doesn't work!

I had a similar experience as the other reviewers but I wasn't as smart. I actually purchased a vacuum be cause the price was right. Through no fault of the business owner, my new hoover broke down after about a year. It was past warranty and I no longer had the bill so wasn't expecting a freebie but I left it to be repaired there on February and it is now mid June and still do not have it back. The owner is less than interested. Do not go there.

I took my vacuum cleaner in to see if it could be fixed..it wouldn't turn on. I was told it would need a replacement handle and hose...a used one was available for $175 plus tax..no guarantee. I actually found someone who FIXED the switch for $45. Maybe this place is OK for buying new products..not repairing...

Came in looking to replace my current vacuum that has been to war and back. Since I primarily have hardwood flooring in my house I usually sweep occasionally to keep the dirt at bay however I've heard that sweeping just moves the dirt around and doesn't completely get rid of it so I decided to get a new vacuum. Upon entering I was surprised by how many this store carries. The gentleman was very helpful and agreed that sweeping just moves the dirt and dust around. Very happyy with my purchase and will be returning to buy bags!
