Great selection of industrial and residential cleaning products. The staff are always very knowledge and helpful. They really know their products! They are also doing an excellent job keeping the store safe during the pandemic. I've always happy with the service and products, but I was extra impressed and appreciative of it today! I had an excellent experience with service on a karcher pressure washer at Swish Kingston. I had a leaky hose reel swivel that Pete was able to fix rather than pay for a) a whole new washer or b) a whole new hose reel. Don’t hesitate - they stand behind what they sell.

been using swish and the vacuumes for my entire 9 years of business I recently have had bad bad service. At one point had my vacuum for repair for over 2 months. Told me it would be free for the long wait and inconvenience and then charged me $150 to fix it. Always VERY rude on the phone if dealing with KIM the only good I can say is Paul is fantastic and Pete was always trying to help us out. I will be taking my business elsewhere
